1. Don't let the children eat. The headmaster said that running a school must not let children eat enough, because he felt that these children were still young and in the period of physical development, so if children did not eat enough every day, it would seriously affect their health and even make them unable to study with peace of mind. Therefore, the principal believes that to run a school, children must be guaranteed to have food and eat well. In order to feed the children at ordinary times, the headmaster transformed a classroom in the school into a kitchen, and then cooked for the children every day. Children can eat pork or vegetables and some nutritious food every day. Including some caring people in the society, they will also donate some living materials to the school, so the meals in the school canteen are getting better and better, even better than ordinary family meals. Some students take all the meals home for their parents to eat. So in this school, all the students are very obedient, and every student is very filial, and sometimes they take drumsticks back to their parents to eat.
2. Strengthen teacher training. The headmaster thinks that these children can't compare with those living in the city because they live in the countryside, because they can get in touch with new things every day, while children living in the countryside can't get in touch with new things because they don't have mobile phones, so only by strengthening the training of teachers can they let their children know what the wider world is like outside. The headmaster believes that as long as teachers know more, they can broaden their horizons. Moreover, rural teachers should not only teach children the knowledge in books, but also spend more time with them, because most of these children are left behind, so they are usually lonely.
In fact, I admire the headmaster very much, because he has trained so many excellent students by himself, so I also hope that the headmaster can be happy every day in the future.
