How to receive vocational skills training subsidies?

First, apply for a training information card.

Workers who need to participate in subsidized training shall apply for the "Shanghai Vocational Training Information Card" with their ID card (or social security card) to the nearest district and county public employment agency.

Second, accept training guidance and choose training programs.

Workers with training needs should hold relevant certificates and supporting materials, and independently choose training programs under the guidance of county-level public employment institutions:

On-the-job employees hold training information cards and their ID cards (or social security cards);

3. Participate in skills training

Students shall participate in the training according to the teaching plan and agreement formulated by the training institution, abide by the teaching management system and relevant management requirements of the training institution, and cooperate with the supervision, evaluation and relevant inspection carried out by the human resources and social security departments.

Five, to participate in skill appraisal

After the training, students participate in skill appraisal. After passing the appraisal, you can get the national vocational qualification certificate or special vocational ability certificate from the training institution with your ID card (or social security card) within the specified time.

If the appraisal is unqualified and there is a willingness to make up the exam, it shall apply to the original training institution for a make-up exam within two months after the appraisal.

Appropriation of subsidy funds for intransitive verbs

Within three months from the date of obtaining the certificate, the subsidy funds will be allocated to the bank account provided by the individual according to the prescribed subsidy standard and subsidy ratio (if the three types of personnel participate in intermediate and below or special vocational ability training programs, they will be paid according to 50% of the subsidy standard, and those with employment difficulties will be paid according to 25% of the subsidy standard.
