As an important and effective means to strengthen safety production management and prevent accidents, the importance of safety production education system lies in improving the sense of responsibility and consciousness of managers and employees in this unit to do a good job in safety production management, and helping them correctly understand and learn occupational safety and health laws, regulations and basic knowledge; Secondly, it can popularize and improve employees' safety technical knowledge, enhance employees' safety operation skills, and understand employees' position and role in safety production.

With the continuous development of modern science and technology, the wide application of new technologies, new materials and new processes, especially with the gradual deepening of China's political and economic system reform, new forms of labor organization are constantly emerging, which has brought profound changes to society in knowledge structure, technical structure and management structure, and put forward new requirements for safety labor education system and training. It is of far-reaching significance to attach importance to and strengthen safety labor protection education. With the continuous progress of society and the development of enterprises, safety production management is more important. The following is a specific training plan based on the actual situation of our unit:

1, training of managers in various departments

(1) All management personnel of each department (including the main person in charge of the enterprise) should conduct centralized study and examination twice a month.

2, the construction project department training:

(2) Training content: laws, regulations, rules, regulations, standards and policies related to production safety.

(3) new knowledge, new technology, new skills, and safety production management experience.

(4) Master the emergency management measures and emergency plans for major accidents on the construction site.

3, new worker training:

(1) The company has a three-level training system for new workers entering the factory. The training content is mainly the basic knowledge of safety production and the labor discipline of the safety production rules and regulations of the unit.

(2) The Project Department shall train the safety production status and rules and regulations of the construction site, the risk factors existing in workplaces and jobs, accident prevention measures and emergency measures.

(3) The safety operation procedures of the shift training post, the safety devices of production equipment and the correct use of labor protection (appliances).

4, the construction team training:

(1) Each project department shall be responsible for the training of all construction team members, with no less than 2 hours per week.

⑵ Explain the safety precautions, labor discipline and operating procedures of various machinery and equipment in the form of safety production training and education, and check the safety labor protection of each type of work in the dangerous parts of the work site that day.

5. Assessment methods for all employees of the company:

All management personnel of the company have an examination once a month, which includes the national guidelines, policies, laws and regulations on safety in production, industry rules and regulations, norms and standards, safety production management knowledge, safety production technology, labor hygiene knowledge, etc.

6. Assessment methods for special employees:

According to the classification of special operations personnel, the examination is conducted once every quarter; The contents include the basic knowledge of safety construction, the safety operation procedures of this type of work, and the safety system for the use of machinery and equipment.
