A, machine tool safety operation procedures

1. Equipment operators must be familiar with the characteristics of using machine tools, carefully study and strictly abide by the safety operation procedures of equipment, do not operate illegally, and discourage others from operating illegally.

2. Check the tools and equipment used before and after work to ensure safety and reliability and correct use. Keep the work site clean and tidy, and take good care of and use protective equipment correctly.

3. Before starting the machine tool, carefully check whether the protective devices of dangerous parts on the machine tool are safe and reliable; Whether the emergency stop device, interlock device, safety alarm device and automatic stop device of the machine tool ensure safety; Lubricate the machine tool and carry out no-load test run.

4. When working, the workplace should be kept clean and orderly. The workpiece to be processed and the workpiece to be processed should be placed on the shelf. Don't put workpieces or tools on the machine tool, especially on the moving parts of the machine tool and the passages in the workplace, so as to prevent materials from being dumped and hurting people. The workpiece and tool should be firmly clamped to prevent the workpiece and tool from falling off the fixture.

7. When the machine tool for processing linear moving parts is running, the operator should concentrate on the correct operation. 8. Do not mix dust or waste oil into the machine tool coolant. It is forbidden to wash hands with emulsified oil, kerosene and engine oil to prevent the coolant from eroding the skin.

9. When the swatter is serious and the swarf must be removed by compressed air, a baffle should be installed around the machine tool to isolate the operation area. Don't use compressed air to blow away dust and dirt on clothes or hair, otherwise it will hurt your ears and eyes.

10. When the machine tool is running, the operator can't leave the work place. If you find that the machine tool is not working properly, you should stop immediately and ask a mechanic to check it. When the power supply stops, turn off the machine tool or other electric mechanism immediately and withdraw the tools from the working position.

Second, the drilling machine safety operation procedures

(1) Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the drilling machine and tools before work, including lubrication and the position of each handle.

When operating the sleeve, you should avoid being stuck by the rotating part of the drilling rig and causing accidents.

(4) When working, press the workpiece tightly, drill small pieces, and clamp and fix them with tools. It is not allowed to hold the drill bit by hand. When drilling a thin piece of work, put a block of wood under it.

(5) When working, it is forbidden to touch the drill bit with hands and head, nor to flip, jam or measure the workpiece.

(7) After driving, concentrate, don't laugh and play, and don't operate the drilling rig under the condition of drunkenness, excessive fatigue and mental confusion.

(8) Determine the appropriate rotational speed according to the size, material and shape of the workpiece. When drilling, the workpiece should be firmly clamped, especially when drilling thin plate parts, small workpieces, reaming holes or drilling large holes. It is forbidden to hold it by hand for processing. When drilling, reduce the pressure and feed speed.

(9) When the drilling rig is running, it is forbidden to change speed. After parking, you must wait for inertia to disappear before pulling the shift handle.

(10) In case of unexpected power failure or other abnormal conditions during work, the power supply of the drilling rig shall be cut off immediately.

(1 1) When drilling, it is forbidden to load and unload the workpiece while driving. When drilling with machine flat-nose pliers, hold the flat-nose pliers tightly to prevent them from falling and hitting your feet. When drilling small holes, the pressure should be relatively low to prevent the drill bit from breaking and flying out to hurt people.

(12) The regular technical maintenance of the equipment shall be taken care of by special personnel, and it is strictly prohibited for personnel without professional operation training to use it.

(13) When disassembling the drill bit of the drilling machine, a special wrench should be used. Check the drill sleeve carefully before installing the drill bit. The standardized conical surface of the drill sleeve shall not be damaged. If so, it should be repaired and wiped with an oilstone before use. Standard holmium iron must be used for disassembly. The drill bit should be loaded and unloaded by tapping.

Three, cutting equipment safety operation procedures

1. Wear gloves, masks and glasses before cutting objects to avoid being hurt by flying objects.

2. Before using the cutting machine, be sure to check whether it can be used normally (such as whether the power cord is damaged, whether the cutting piece is tight and damaged, etc.). ).

3. When replacing the cutting piece, turn off the power first, hang warning signs, and the cutting piece must be fastened to avoid falling off and hurting people.

4. The cutting machine must be used in the room designated by the workshop, and it is not allowed to cut flammable materials and people.

5, when starting, check whether the cutting machine running direction is correct.

Four, laser cutting equipment safety operation procedures

1. Observe the general safety operation procedures of the cutting machine. Start the laser in strict accordance with the laser start-up procedure.

2. Operators must be trained, familiar with the structure and performance of the equipment, and master the relevant knowledge of the operating system.

3. Wear labor protection articles in accordance with the regulations, and must wear protective glasses in line with the regulations near the laser beam.

4. Don't process a material without knowing whether it can be irradiated or heated by laser, so as to avoid the potential danger of smoke and steam.

5. When the equipment is started, the operator shall not leave his post or entrust others to be responsible. If you really need to leave, please stop the machine or turn off the power switch.

6. Put the fire extinguisher at your fingertips; Turn off the laser or shutter when not processing; Do not put paper, cloth or other flammable materials near the unprotected laser beam.

7. If any abnormality is found during the processing, stop the machine immediately, and troubleshoot or report to the competent person in time.

8. Keep the laser, the lathe bed and the surrounding area clean, tidy and free of oil pollution, and the workpieces, plates and wastes are piled up in accordance with regulations.

Five, welding equipment safety operation procedures

1( 1), the welder must be placed in a well-ventilated, dry and non-corrosive medium, away from high temperature and dust. The electric welding machine used in the open air shall be provided with a protective shed, and the electric welding machine shall be padded with insulation, with a height of not less than 20 cm, and equipped with fire extinguishing equipment as required.

(2) Before operation, the oil stain on the upper and lower magnetic poles must be removed. After electrifying, check that there is no oil leakage in the body shell. Insulation and wiring conditions must be checked, and the wiring parts must be tightly bound with insulating tape, and shall not be corroded, damp or loose. First, turn on the steering switch of the control circuit and adjust the number of poles, then turn on the water and gas sources, and finally turn on the power supply. Electrode contacts should be kept clean and replaced immediately if there is any leakage.

(3) During operation, the gas path and water cooling system should be kept unblocked. The temperature remains dry. The drainage temperature shall not exceed 40 degrees.

(4) It is forbidden to add fuses in the ignition circuit. When the load is too small, no arc will be generated in the ignition tube, and the ignition circuit of the control box should not be closed.

(5) The welding machine must be equipped with a separate power switch and automatic power-off device. The length of the primary side power cord shall not exceed 5m, and the length of the secondary terminal holder shall not exceed 30m. Wiring on both sides should be firmly crimped, and a reliable protective cover must be installed.

(6) The shell of electric welding machine must have reliable zero connection or grounding protection. The welding cable of electric welding machine must use multi-strand copper wire cable, and its cross section should be selected according to the use regulations of electric welding machine. The cable sheath must be intact and soft, and its insulation resistance should be no less than 65438 0 megohm.

(7) The inside of the welding machine should be kept clean. Blow off the dust regularly. The power supply must be cut off when cleaning.

(8) After the electric welding machine is started, it must run at no load for a period of time. Adjusting welding current and polarity switch should be carried out under no load. No-load voltage of DC welding machine shall not exceed 90 volts, and no-load voltage of AC welding machine shall not exceed 80 volts.

(9) It is forbidden to drag the cable to move the welder. When the mobile welder suddenly loses power for repair in the middle of welding, the power supply must be cut off immediately.

2, the use of argon arc welding machine operation shall comply with the following provisions

(1) Before working, the pressure and leakage of pipes, gas pipes and water pipes must be checked.

(2) Argon pressure reducing valve and pipe joint shall not be stained with grease. After installation, the pipeline should be tested, and the pipeline should be barrier-free and leak-free.

(3) The cooling water of the water-cooled welder should be kept clean, and the water flow should be normal during welding. Waterless welding is strictly prohibited.

(4) The high-frequency argon arc welding machine must ensure that the high-frequency protection device is in good condition, and short circuit is not allowed.

(5) When replacing the tungsten electrode, the power supply must be cut off. Gloves and masks must be worn when grinding tungsten electrodes. Dust produced by grinding

Should be cleaned up in time. Cerium and tungsten electrodes must be kept in a closed lead box and must not be carried with you.

(6) Argon should not be used up, and 98-226 kPa should be reserved. The argon bottle shall be fixed upright and shall not fall.

3, the use of carbon dioxide gas shielded welding machine operation should be followed.

Please observe the following regulations

(2) The terminal voltage of the carbon dioxide gas preheater shall not be higher than 36V.

(4) Before operation, check the feeding structure of wire feeder, power supply and other connecting parts of carbon dioxide supply.
