Party affairs departments: party committees, party committees' offices and party branches.

Educational administration and teaching management departments: educational administration office and teaching research room (including library).

Teaching departments: basic courses teaching department, foreign language teaching department, modern service teaching department, business information teaching department and training center.

Youth League Organization: The Youth League Committee of the technical secondary school and the Youth League Committee of the higher vocational school offer more than ten majors, such as financial accounting, international business, tourism service and hotel management, business English/Japanese, computer and application, image design, film and television makeup and interior design. Aiming at the forefront of international vocational education, the school actively explores new ways of running schools in cooperation with foreign countries. Jointly set up an international business major with TAFE Southwest Sydney College in Australia; Jointly set up the major of beauty salon and image design with Nadella Beauty College in Korea. Some courses of Chinese-foreign cooperation major are taught by foreign teachers. Shanghai University of Commerce has added business Spanish and business French, and specialized features of English, English and French to enable students to master relevant business knowledge and basic skills.

Since 200 1, Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools has been carried out, and advanced foreign teaching contents and modes, especially language teaching mode, have been introduced, which has trained a large number of English teaching talents and bilingual teaching talents and accumulated rich experience.
