2. Compared with the old employees, the new employees show greater enthusiasm for their work and have higher expectations. But when they start working, they often don't know what to do because they are not familiar with the working environment and don't know enough about the company. For a long time, the work efficiency is usually very low. Therefore, this paper analyzes the current situation of new employee training in enterprises, especially in IT enterprises in China, and finds out the problems existing in new employee training. This paper puts special emphasis on putting forward the countermeasures to solve the training problems of new employees, so that new employees can adapt to the working environment as soon as possible, understand the corporate culture, help employees improve their personal quality, master relevant skills, and join the company quickly to ensure the good development of the enterprise.
