Steps to sign an employment agreement

2. Two-way choice and negotiation between graduates and employers. Graduates should fully understand the basic situation of the employer and the basic conditions and requirements for receiving graduates, and truthfully introduce themselves to the employer.

3. After both parties reach an agreement through full consultation, the graduates sign an employment agreement with the employer, which shall be signed and sealed by the employer.
