You might as well check for yourself: have you paid the party dues on time and in accordance with the regulations? Did you attend the organizational life on time? Did the village branch arrange for you to be in that party group after the receipt was stamped?

If all the above conditions are met, the transfer of organizational relations will be successful. If you don't pay party dues for six months and don't participate in organizational life, you will quit the party.

If there are both, then the village branch has no reason to answer you like this. And you can go to the school organization department to check the copy of the receipt, and then appeal to the next higher party Committee.
