Third, the rectification measures and suggestions
1. Please ask a professional locksmith to install new locks for the doors leading to the terrace on both sides of the fifth floor, and replace the doors and windows of the conference room on the fourth floor, the reading room door and the fire hydrants on each floor with new locks.
2. Classify the reading rooms according to the "6S" management standard to eliminate fire safety hazards.
3. Replace and purchase dry powder fire extinguishers as needed, and check the safety status of fire hydrants after replacing new locks on each floor.
4. Once again, all floors of the office must lock the doors and windows after work.
