The two-year learning goal of the professional manager class: to train chefs, executive chefs and catering professional managers. Through two years' systematic study, we can fully understand and master the professional knowledge of cooking introduction, cooking technology, cooking nutrition, cooking aesthetics, kitchen management and so on. Proficient in all kinds of knife skills, spoon skills, primary processing, high, middle and low-grade hot dishes and cold dishes, eight famous dishes, medicated diet tonic, popular hotel dishes and wing, ginseng, abalone and belly dishes, as well as food sculptures, artistic platters, special hot pots, flavor snacks, pictographic butterflies, various dish decorations, Chinese pasta, western pasta, high, middle and low-grade banquets.

One-year study goal: to train culinary professionals and chefs. Through a year of systematic study, you can fully understand and master the relevant cooking expertise; Focus on teaching the classic dishes of eight major cuisines, such as Sichuan cuisine, Shandong cuisine, Jiangsu cuisine and Guangdong cuisine, as well as Henan cuisine, palace cuisine, medicated diet, popular dishes in the market, special dishes, braised dishes, cold dishes, food sculptures, artistic jambalaya, hot pot, flavor snacks and complete cooking techniques.
