Legal basis: The name, domicile, purpose, business scope, legal representative or person in charge, start-up capital and competent business unit of private non-enterprise units approved for registration in Article 12 of the Provisional Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Private Non-enterprise Units shall be registered by the registration administration organ, and the registration certificate of private non-enterprise units (legal persons) and the registration of private non-enterprise units (partnerships) shall be issued respectively according to different ways of bearing civil liabilities according to law. In accordance with the provisions of laws and other administrative regulations, the registration authority shall simplify the registration procedures for private non-enterprise units that have been examined or registered by the relevant competent authorities according to law and obtained the corresponding practice license, and issue the corresponding registration certificate for private non-enterprise units with the practice license issued by the relevant competent authorities.
