"After attending the course" Actuator ",I found that the responsibilities of this role are similar to what I imagined, but the course content made my understanding of this role more systematic, clearer and more practical." This is what I thought when I first became a teaching assistant.

Seeing this problem again this time is more like giving me a chance to make a comeback and reflect.

After studying the course Actuator again, I have further thought while reviewing the work of teaching assistants for three weeks and watching the course content.

In this process, I realized two points of being a good executor, the first is mentality, and the second is intention.

As an motivator, you must keep a clear head. "As an LF promoter, you don't need to be smarter than the trainees, but you must be the most energetic and supportive person in the whole group." Teacher Zhang Qiang also repeatedly emphasized our role as a teaching assistant when giving us training, so we should correct our mentality.

I was shocked when I first saw the list of team members. Their average length of service is about 10 years. Is a white man like me qualified for such a job? This is the question I asked myself in the first few days. But after seriously thinking about the role and work of motivators, I understand that the significance of teaching assistants is to help students grow up, not to help them solve problems in an all-round way, so my mind is much better. In particular, I saw a sentence written by Teacher Sun before: Our duty is not to help you study better, but to help you study better. This is a further understanding of the role. Moreover, I feel more and more that it is very important to put the mentality in the process of the project. Students will ask all kinds of questions about life, workplace and personal growth during their study. It is because of such doubts that they chose to come here. What I want to say is that I believe in the content quality of our courses, the strength of mutual encouragement and empowerment of our teaching assistants and groups, and the ability of each student to solve problems by himself. We should stimulate this energy, which is our very important work as an executor.

The second place that is very touching is carefulness. This intention is reflected in all aspects of the project, especially timely feedback is very important, which is also an important way for us to establish contact with students. We should pay attention to every performance of students, whether it is their daily questions, project assignments or our discussions, we should pay attention to the changes of everyone's mentality. Authorize students in time where they do well, communicate problems in time, and provide timely help for the support they need. The energy and time that students are willing to pay have a lot to do with the concern of our teaching assistants. If we work harder, they will be more enthusiastic about learning the course content and finishing their homework, and they will trust us more.

Another feeling is that as a teaching assistant, you should have a higher understanding of all parts of the course and the overall structure. Students often ask me, what is our curriculum? How should I study? What problem do I study this part to solve? I still have some questions. Will they be covered in the course?

Therefore, it is precisely because of such problems that we need to have a higher understanding of the course content.

But that's not enough. Our students will even ask more difficult questions in the process of discussion or private chat, such as mission, fate, bottom thinking mode and so on. Therefore, in addition to the course content, we even need to add some extra learning content.

Sometimes in the process of discussion, students will say a lot of things that we don't understand, so we should make a simple understanding accordingly, so as to communicate with students better.

Therefore, on the one hand, the job of teaching assistants or promoters is to promote students' learning, on the other hand, we grow up with students.

We and every student are learning from each other and promoting each other.

Finally, to sum up, it is "sincerity is the road to everything."
