After a semester of running-in and practice, this semester's teaching and research activities have greatly changed and improved in organizational form and activity effect. Everyone preaches that scientific research is the soul of a kindergarten's survival, development and progress. "Prospering the garden through science and education and scientific research" is a new concept in the development of preschool education. This semester, our group focused on the daily routine of kindergarten, comprehensively improved the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in teaching and research, strengthened theoretical study, carried out the spirit of "Guidelines for the Development of Children Aged 3-6" and "Outline", carried out the project of improving Wenzhou's academic literacy, comprehensively implemented quality education, and promoted children's all-round and active development. Our teaching and scientific research work is based on the circular process of finding problems, designing schemes, solving problems and improving practice to continuously improve teachers' practical behavior and improve teachers' quality. First, starting from kindergarten life, strengthen teachers' practical teaching experience.
This semester, five new teachers with no work experience were added to our group. Considering the actual needs of these new teachers in teaching experience, we adjusted the form of teaching and research activities in September and June 5438+ 10. In September, we focused on regular training in class education and teaching, and in June 10, we carried out teaching and research around the communication skills between teachers and parents. In this way, the most practical and urgent problems in teachers' work have been solved in teaching and research activities. In the form of activities, it also broke the previous form of "lecture-style I tell you" and combined various forms such as scene reappearance, symposium and questionnaire survey. As a result, new teachers work hard in the right direction, avoiding many detours, while old teachers also have their own new ideas in exchange and sharing, colliding with many new sparks, and comprehensively optimizing the quality of education and teaching in kindergartens.
Second, comprehensively promote the literacy improvement project from the "health field"
In response to the Wenzhou literacy improvement project, this semester, we carried out reforms around the field of "health". The first change is the warm-up match of the previous teaching and research activities. This semester, we changed the warm-up match into a sports meeting. Let teachers teach sports games on the spot in the form of simulated classroom, which not only optimizes teachers' ability to teach sports games, but also mobilizes teachers' enthusiasm for activities and allows teachers to share game resources. At the same time, it continued the previous text interpretation form, focused on the health field, organized teachers in the group to conduct comprehensive and in-depth discussions, and improved the text analysis ability. In addition to text interpretation, observing famous teachers' health activity classes is also one of the highlights of teaching and research this semester.
Third, on the basis of the original research, new and old teachers are trained in the same classroom to show classroom teaching.
In this semester's collective lesson preparation activities, we combined the form of "layered" training. Through the grouping of five-year teachers and five-year teachers, two groups of new teachers and old teachers are produced. The activity form of the last class of new and old teachers not only makes the new teachers see the gap between themselves and the old teachers in teaching activities, but also makes the old teachers reflect on the teaching concept and form. The language activity "Swimming Island", mixed-age activity "I am a brother" and health activity "Hurdling" produced by group discussion have been unanimously recognized by teachers in the park.
Fourth, various types of activities optimize the efficiency of teaching and research activities.
Different from previous teaching and research activities, which always focus on teachers' professional development, the biggest highlight of this semester is that we have enlarged the focus of teaching and research activities to teachers' growth. Teacher Wang Xianhua's "Skillful Craft Show", Teacher Zhou Weiwei's "Bean and Fruit Food Sharing" and the "Teachers' Sports Meeting" at the end of 65438+February all reflect the continuous innovation of teaching and research activities.

This semester, we launched a literacy promotion competition and achieved good results. Teacher Jason's project "Practical Research on Making Regional Activity Materials from Waste Materials" won the first prize in the county. Teacher Jason also shared his experience on behalf of the whole group of teachers at the county project experience seminar; Teacher Huang led more than 80 new teachers in the county to interpret the text in the training of new teachers in the county.
Sixth, cooperate with kindergartens to carry out various activities.
The teaching and research group has always been a discussion base for various large-scale activities in kindergartens. This semester, we cooperated with the kindergarten to carry out: parents' open day activities on the Double Ninth Festival, children's science fiction painting competition, middle-class children's physical fitness test activities, final quality evaluation activities, celebration of New Year's Day garden activities and so on. It can be said that the smooth development of each activity has the painstaking efforts of our teachers.

1. Accumulate scientific research materials: Do more research on topics, especially for new teachers. Only by doing more research can we better understand children and teaching.
