"Prospering the garden through science and education and scientific research" is a new concept in the development of preschool education. This semester, our group focused on the daily routine of kindergarten, comprehensively improved the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in teaching and research, strengthened theoretical study, carried out the spirit of "Guidelines for the Development of Children Aged 3-6" and "Outline", carried out the project of improving Wenzhou's academic literacy, comprehensively implemented quality education, and promoted children's all-round and active development. Our teaching and scientific research work is based on the circular process of finding problems, designing schemes, solving problems and improving practice to continuously improve teachers' practical behavior and improve teachers' quality. First, starting from kindergarten life, strengthen teachers' practical teaching experience.

This semester, five new teachers with no work experience were added to our group. In response to the Wenzhou literacy improvement project, this semester, we carried out reforms around the field of "health". The first change is the warm-up match of the previous teaching and research activities. This semester, we changed the warm-up match into a sports meeting. Let teachers teach sports games on the spot in the form of simulated classroom, which not only optimizes teachers' ability to teach sports games, but also mobilizes teachers' enthusiasm for activities and allows teachers to share game resources. Through the grouping of five-year teachers and five-year teachers, two groups of new teachers and old teachers are produced. The activity form of the last class of new and old teachers not only makes the new teachers see the gap between themselves and the old teachers in teaching activities, but also makes the old teachers reflect on the teaching concept and form.
