Pingtan Island is located in Pingtan County, Fujian Province on the southeast coast of China. It is the main island of Pingtan County, and it is also the closest place for Chinese mainland to Taiwan Province Province, China. Three coastal beaches, namely, the Yangtze River Bay, Haitan Bay and Tannan Bay in the north, east and south of Pingtan, have fine white beaches, clear blue sea water, lush shelterbelts behind them and islands and reefs on the sea. Pingtan Island is the largest island in Fujian Province and the fifth largest island in China. 1, Shipaiyang Scenic Area

Only two things like sails stand in the middle of the sea. This is the largest granite sea pillar in China.
