The Provincial Women's Federation issued the Opinions on Deepening the Construction of "Five Beautiful Courtyards", proposing that during the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, 50 provincial-level demonstration villages and 500 provincial-level demonstration households of "Five Beautiful Courtyards" should be established with the focus on agricultural counties. At the same time, the opinions clarified the construction standards of "five beautiful courtyards" in the province.

Ecology is people's livelihood, and home is the root vein. The construction of "Five Beautiful Courtyards" is a five-year action of the Women's Federation to promote the improvement of rural living environment and rural construction in accordance with the "Twenty Horizontal" policy of rural revitalization and combining with the actual work of the Women's Federation, so that thousands of households can reach the "Five Beautiful" standard of "clean environment, orderly layout, beautiful flowers and trees ecology, physical and mental health, civilization, fashion and harmony".
