Three. About food and accommodation

Fourth, about discipline.

1. Before signing this agreement, Party B shall carefully read this contract and all training camp rules, regulations and safety codes published on the website of China Youth Military Training Camp, and accept this contract and all training camp rules, regulations and safety codes published on the website of China Youth Military Training Camp;

If Party B's children suffer from infectious diseases, heart diseases and other diseases that require special care or are not suitable for group activities or strenuous exercise before attending this training camp, Party B shall make a special note on the registration form so that Party A can decide whether to accept the camp or provide necessary special care.

4. If the campers get sick during the camp, Party A's medical staff in the camp will be responsible for handling it. When the camper is seriously ill, Party A will be responsible for sending the camper to a nearby hospital for treatment, and notify Party B at the first time.

5. Party A prohibits campers from bringing snacks into the camp. In case of food poisoning or mass health and safety accidents caused by campers carrying snacks, all responsibilities shall be borne by Party B. ..

Six, about the visit and contact

1. In order to ensure that Party B's children are fully involved in the training camp activities and exercise their independence, we do not recommend Party B to visit their children during the training camp. If Party B needs to visit, it must contact Party A in advance and get the consent.

2. During the training camp, Party A will provide the telephone numbers of the camp commander and the camp instructor where Party B's children are located, and Party B can communicate by telephone in his spare time outside of teaching and activities to learn about the situation of Party B's children.

Seven, about picking up campers.

1. Party B shall register accurate identity information in detail at the time of registration, including but not limited to ID number and passport number (name and information are consistent with the household registration book). After the training camp, Party B will take over the camp with his ID card.

2. Party A will not accept anyone other than Party B (husband and wife) to take campers home. If Party B really needs to entrust others to pick up and drop off campers, it shall submit written authorization materials to Party A for review in advance, including the client's ID card, photo, contact telephone number and other information.

Eight, on the issue of fee refund and withdrawal.

1. Party B reserves the right to quit the camp due to its own reasons or dissatisfaction with the content and form of activities. These principles are as follows:

(1) If you apply to leave the camp three days in advance, you can refund the deposit or the full amount;

(2) If an application for quitting the camp is filed within three days before the start of the camp, the 300 yuan handling fee will be deducted and the remaining fees will be refunded;

(3) Start to camp and retreat:

One, seven days experience camp, field army survival camp within three days after the start of a written application to quit the camp, must deduct the number of days to participate in x 20% of the total amount, and refund the remaining fees; Apply for leaving the camp from the fourth day after entering the camp, and no fee will be refunded;

2. 3. If Party A cancels the current training camp, it shall notify Party B one week in advance. If Party B has paid the fees, Party A shall refund the fees to Party B in full. ..

Nine, force majeure:

In case of earthquake, storm, flood, rainstorm, procession, strike, political events, government instructions and other reasons, Party A and Party B may terminate this Agreement without requiring the other party to bear the losses caused by the above reasons.

X. Related matters

1. This agreement shall come into effect immediately after being signed by both parties, and shall be terminated at the end of the training camp.

1. About courses and activities

(3) For the photos, videos and other works taken by Party A during the training camp, Party A will be deemed to have obtained the permanent right to use the works.

2. About food and accommodation

(1) Party A is responsible for campers to enjoy a healthy, moderate and balanced diet during the activity. Dietary standard: professional chefs and nutritionists prepare meals, and a separate meal system is implemented, with fruit and soup every day (the standards for scenic spots and outward bound training bases shall be determined separately);

(2) Party A is responsible for campers to enjoy safe and comfortable accommodation during the activities. Accommodation standard: 2-3 people/independent standard room (scenic spots and expansion base shall be determined separately).

3. About discipline

(1) Before signing this agreement, Party B shall carefully read this agreement and the camp discipline rules published on the website of the Heart Line Youth Growth Training Camp (www.pkucamp.com);

(2) Party B accepts this agreement and the discipline rules of the camp published on the website of the Youth Growth Training Camp (www.pkucamp.com);

(3) Party B shall educate the campers on the relevant contents of the camp discipline rules (see annex) before they enter the camp. Party B and its children shall abide by the working hours, discipline regulations and other reasonable requirements of the training camp, and Party B shall bear the consequences caused by the campers' violation of the camp regulations.

4. About safety

(1) Party A guarantees the environmental safety of the camp, and Party A's managers and counselors implement strict safety plans to ensure that the camp is patrolled regularly and the office is manned 24 hours a day;

(2) The Organizing Committee will provide 200,000 yuan of personal accident insurance and 50,000 yuan of medical insurance for each camper;

(3) Party A has the right to know the health status of campers, and Party B shall ensure that Party B's children do not suffer from infectious diseases, heart diseases and other diseases unsuitable for group activities before attending this training camp. In case of special circumstances, take care of the health status of campers and assist Party A to provide effective care;

(4) Party A's team doctor will be responsible for dealing with the general medical problems of campers. If it is confirmed by the team doctor that the campers need to be sent to the hospital for treatment, Party A is responsible for sending the campers to a nearby hospital and paying the medical expenses in advance, and Party B will return the medical expenses paid by Party A as scheduled before taking back the children of Party B at the end of the training camp;

(5) Party A prohibits campers from bringing snacks into the camp. In case of food poisoning or mass health and safety accidents caused by campers carrying snacks, all responsibilities shall be borne by Party B. ..

5. About visiting and contacting

(1) In order to ensure that Party B's children are fully involved in the training camp activities and exercise their independence, we do not recommend that Party B visit their children during the training camp. If Party B needs to visit, it must contact Party A in advance and get the consent;

(2) During the training camp, Party A will provide the telephone numbers of the camp commander and the camp instructor where Party B's children are located, and Party B can conduct telephone communication after class outside of teaching and activities to learn about the situation of Party B's children;

(3) During the training camp, Party A will post some activity photos in the parents' WeChat group of the training camp to report the activities and life of the training camp in time. After the end of the camp, Party A will package and upload the photos of the current activities to the designated network for parents to download and save.

6. About picking up campers

(1) When registering children, Party B shall fill in the ID number and passport number (the name and information are consistent with the household registration book, and provide the date of birth of the children). At the end of the training camp, Party B must pick up the children with his ID card;

(2) If Party B entrusts others to pick up the children, it shall give a written explanation in advance and confirm by telephone on the spot.

7. About refund

(1) If you apply to leave the camp three days in advance, you can refund the deposit or the full amount;

(2) If an application for quitting the camp is filed within three days before the start of the camp, the 300 yuan handling fee will be deducted and the remaining fees will be refunded;

(3) Start to camp and retreat:

A. If all 7-day and 10-day camps apply in writing within three days after the start of the camp, the remaining fees will be refunded after deducting the number of days of participation × 20% of the total amount; Apply for leaving the camp from the fourth day after entering the camp, and no fee will be refunded;

B. If the application for quitting camp is submitted in writing within five days after the opening of camp on 12 and 14, it will be refunded after deducting the total amount of days of participation × 10%; Apply for leaving the camp from the sixth day after entering the camp, and no fee will be refunded;

8. About Force Majeure

In case of force majeure events, such as earthquakes, storms, floods and other unforeseeable and irresistible natural disasters, both parties will terminate this agreement without requiring the other party to bear the losses caused by the force majeure events.

9. Related matters

(1) This agreement is valid from the time when Party B's children attend the training camp to the end of the training camp;

(2) As an annex to this agreement, the Code of Discipline for Campers with Heart Way has the same legal effect;

(3) If Party B needs an invoice, it should be issued within one month after the camp is closed, and it will be invalid after the deadline;

(4) Matters not covered shall be settled by both parties through consultation; Any dispute arising from the performance of this agreement, if it cannot be resolved through consultation, either party has the right to bring a lawsuit to the Daxing District People's Court in Beijing.

Article 8 Obligations of Party B

3. Party B shall take good care of the personal belongings, and bear the responsibility if they are damaged or lost.

4. Party B shall simply pack and travel lightly. Wear decent clothes, girls don't wear high heels.

5. Party B must absolutely obey the arrangement of the team leader, and shall not act without authorization. In case of violation of camp regulations, Party A has the right to disqualify Party B from participating in the summer camp.

6. Party B should be civilized, don't make any noise, and resolutely put an end to beating and cursing.

7. When taking the train or bus, Party B shall not stick his head or hand out of the window.

8. The summer camp expenses of Party B do not include the accommodation deposit of RMB 65,438+000. If the accommodation items and public facilities are not damaged or lost during the camp, the deposit will be refunded on the day of leaving the camp with a receipt, which will be collected by the leading teacher and returned to the parents. If the accommodation articles and public facilities are damaged or lost, if it is confirmed as the responsible party, the compensation amount will be deducted from the deposit, and the insufficient compensation will be made up by Party B..

9. If Party B's parents have special circumstances and need to take Party B to leave the camp temporarily, they need to obtain the consent of Party A's management teacher and register.

10. If Party B's parents visit the camp, they must contact the management teacher of Party A or the staff of the main organizer of the summer camp in advance.

12. If the activity content is changed due to force majeure (such as government ban, flood, bad weather, earthquake, etc.), Party A shall not be liable for breach of contract.

13. There is no refund procedure after the camp starts, but if you need to leave the camp halfway due to sudden illness (illness is not limited to summer camp declaration), Party A will refund a certain amount of fees within a reasonable range according to the actual situation.

14. The organizer will use the relevant photos during the summer camp for advertising without paying any fees to the parties.

15. The work and management personnel of the main organizers of the summer camp, the teaching assistants, foreign teachers and organizers invited by the main organizers, or voluntary labor, or paying legitimate income in the summer camp, should be respected by students and parents. If parents and students cause verbal and behavioral injuries, insults, or personality degradation in the work of the host organizer without reason or beyond the responsibility of the host organizer, resulting in the reputation and physical and mental injury of the host organizer or personnel and interfering with the normal work of the host organizer, the host organizer will have the right to investigate the perpetrators and demand compensation for related losses.

16. Other matters not covered shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.

Article 9 Responsibilities and Obligations of Party A

1. Entrusted by the organizer, Party A is responsible for organizing the local activities of campers participating in the summer camp.

2. Entrusted by the organizer, Party A is responsible for all safety issues, health and hygiene, life, diet, rest and other related matters between the campers' local residence and the organizer's summer camp residence (or after the organizer completely takes over).

3. Entrusted by the organizer, Party A is responsible for all safety issues, health and hygiene, life, diet, rest and other related matters between the campers and their legal guardians after the summer camp.

4. If accompanied by a camper's guardian, the camper's guardian is responsible for all safety issues, health and hygiene, diet, rest and other related matters of his camper. After the organizer takes over completely, the teacher led by Party A has the obligation to assist his guardian's guardianship work if possible.

5. After the summer camp, if the camper is taken away by his legal guardian, his legal guardian shall be independently responsible for all the safety issues, health and hygiene, diet, rest and other related affairs of the camper.

6. If the camper is not accompanied by a legal guardian, the teacher led by Party A is mainly responsible for all the safety issues, health and hygiene, diet, rest and other related affairs of the camper, and the camper's accompanying staff can assist in taking care of it until it is handed over to the organizer.

It ends when the personnel take over completely or the legal guardian takes over after the summer camp.

7. If a camper retires due to sudden illness, the organizer will send him to the hospital in time and notify his legal guardian as soon as possible. After rehabilitation, the organizer will arrange activities or return according to the situation.

8. If the campers seriously violate the rules of the summer camp, such as fighting, fighting, stealing, etc. And seriously affect the learning and living order of the summer camp, the organizer has the right to notify the legal guardian to come to Beijing to lead the campers back, and the expenses related to the return trip shall be borne by the guardian himself.

9. For accidents caused by force majeure (such as unexpected traffic accidents, floods, bad weather, earthquakes and other reasons beyond the control of the co-organizers), Party A shall not bear any responsibility, and the responsibility shall be borne by the relevant responsible persons. Party A and the organizer have the obligation to help solve the problem.
