(2) Antibiotic drug penicillin: There are many kinds of penicillin, among which potassium salt and sodium salt are commonly used, which have a great inhibitory effect on Gram-positive bacteria. Intramuscular injection can treat streptococcosis, lamb pneumonia, emphysema and anthrax. Therapeutic dose: intramuscular injection of 200,000-800,000 units twice a day for 3-5 days. It should not be used with tetracycline, kanamycin, gentamicin and sulfonamides.

Streptomycin: mainly inhibits and kills Gram-negative bacteria, and also has an effect on a few Gram-positive bacteria. Oral administration can treat lamb diarrhea, and intramuscular injection can treat anthrax, mastitis, lamb pneumonia and brucellosis. Therapeutic dose: lamb 0.2 ~ 0.5g, adult sheep 500,000 ~ 6,543.8+0,000 units, twice a day for 3 days.

Tylenol: It is effective for Gram-positive bacteria and some negative bacteria, especially for mycoplasma, and can treat contagious pleuropneumonia in sheep. Therapeutic dose: intramuscular injection, 5 ~ 10 mg per kg body weight each time, oral dose 100 mg, daily medication 1 time.

(3) The antiparasitic drug copper sulfate is used to control tapeworms, gastrocnemius and Trichinella spiralis in sheep. Therapeutic dose: oral 1% copper sulfate solution, 30-45 ml for each 3-6 month old sheep and 80- 100 ml for each adult sheep.

Avermectin and ivermectin are broad-spectrum antiparasitic drugs, which have the advantages of high efficiency, broad spectrum, safety and low toxicity, and have strong repellent effect on various gastrointestinal nematodes, mites, ticks and lice in sheep. Oral administration of 0.2 g per kg body weight or intramuscular injection of 0.3-0.4 g per kg body weight can kill parasites inside and outside the body.

Mirex: It is a pyrethroid drug used to control ectoparasites in sheep. The medicated bath was diluted 2000 times, and it was used externally 1500 times.
