(2) Persons who meet the requirements of the Regulations on the Professional Qualification System for Licensed Pharmacists, have obtained pharmacy or senior pharmaceutical titles in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, and work in pharmaceutical posts may be exempted from the examination of pharmaceutical professional knowledge (1) and pharmaceutical professional knowledge (2), and only take the examination of two subjects: Pharmaceutical Administration and Regulations and Comprehensive Pharmaceutical Knowledge and Skills; Those who have obtained the senior title of Chinese medicine or Chinese pharmacy and work in the post of Chinese pharmacy can be exempted from the examination of Chinese pharmacy professional knowledge (1) and Chinese pharmacy professional knowledge (2), and only take the examination of pharmaceutical administration and regulations and comprehensive knowledge and skills of Chinese pharmacy.
(3) Residents of Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan Province Province who meet the corresponding requirements of the professional qualification examination for licensed pharmacists may sign up for the examination.
Third, territorial registration requirements
According to the needs of epidemic prevention and control and the Notice of the General Office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Doing a Good Job in the Occupational Qualification Examination for Professional and Technical Personnel in Epidemic Prevention and Control Normalization (No.[2020]106 issued by the Department of Human Resources and Social Security). In principle, only candidates who work or live in Hunan are allowed to apply in our province, and foreign candidates are not allowed to apply. (1) Registration and information verification. Registered and newly registered applicants can choose whether to apply through the "notification system" after filling in relevant information in the registration system. Applicants should carefully read and know the application instructions, relevant professional qualification systems and examination implementation methods, fully grasp the application conditions and requirements, and fill in relevant information accurately, completely and truly after confirming that they are fully qualified. Information such as personal identity, education background, major, work unit and relevant working years submitted at the time of registration will be inquired online through the interface of government information.
1. If you choose "no notification system", you must fill in the relevant information and upload the relevant supporting materials, and then you can continue the registration process after passing the online preliminary examination of the personnel examination institution. If "no notification system" is selected, the registration system will not be allowed to modify and change the registration method again. After passing the exam, you need to go to the job reform department of the registration place for on-site manual verification after the exam. Please choose carefully when applying.
2. If you choose "notification system", you must sign the "Application Form for Registration and Certification of Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination" (electronic text) and may not handle it on your behalf. If you choose the "notification system", you don't need to upload relevant certification materials when you pass the online verification. If you pass the test and have no objection to the publicity, you will not participate in the manual verification after the test in principle; If online verification fails or cannot be verified, relevant certification materials shall be uploaded. After the results are qualified, you need to go to the job reform department at the place of registration for on-site manual verification. Such applicants can refund their fees before the registration deadline and change to "no notice system". After quitting, you need to upload relevant certification materials, and you can continue to register after passing the online preliminary examination of personnel examination institutions. Once the operation is cancelled, the notification system is no longer applicable in this year's exam. After passing the exam, you need to go to the job reform department of the registration place for on-site manual verification after the exam.
If a person who chooses "no notification system" and withdraws to "no notification system" fails to upload relevant materials to complete the online preliminary examination during the registration period, his registration will be deemed invalid.
(2) Persons to whom the notification system does not apply. The notification system is not applicable to applicants who have violated disciplines and regulations during the filing period and are recorded in the integrity files of professional and technical personnel qualification examinations. Such personnel must carry their ID cards, original academic certificates, unit labor contracts, social security payment records, etc. During the registration period, you must go to the second department of Hunan Personnel Examinations Institute for on-site registration. Those who pass the examination shall be manually verified after the examination according to the principle of territoriality.
(3) Strengthen supervision during and after the event. Supervise and manage the whole process of applying for the exam, smooth the channels of supervision and reporting, and accept social supervision. Qualified personnel who intend to obtain qualification certificates shall be publicized on the portal website, and any report shall be verified and thoroughly investigated. At the same time, take a certain way to examine the qualifications of applicants. If it is found that it does not meet the registration conditions, it will be invalid according to the test results. Establish and improve the retrospective accountability review system. Applicants should fill in electronic documents and upload materials for long-term preservation as basic data of human resources. Whenever it is found through verification that they do not meet the conditions for applying for the exam at that time or have fraudulent behavior, their corresponding professional qualifications will be cancelled, and the corresponding professional qualifications or other rights and interests will also be cancelled.

Candidates who deliberately conceal the real situation, provide false information or obtain corresponding qualification certificates (achievement certificates) by other improper means shall be dealt with in strict accordance with the Provisions on Disciplinary Handling of Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security Order No.31).
Establish a blacklist system for untrustworthy candidates, increase joint punishment for dishonesty, and strengthen cross-departmental linkage response. The Record Form of Personal Integrity and Dishonesty (Annex 2) will be put into personal files, and those suspected of committing crimes will be transferred to judicial organs for handling.
For the detailed regulations and procedures of the notification system for professional and technical personnel qualification examination registration certification, please read carefully the photo review and processing tools downloaded from China Personnel Examination Network (www.cpta.com.cn) and Hunan Personnel Examination Network (), and use this software to review photos in advance. Only after the examination and approval, the newly generated registration photos can be recognized by the online newspaper platform. The photos uploaded by the applicants will be directly made on the qualification examination registration form, admission ticket, certificate and certificate inquiry and authentication system. 3. After filling in the relevant information, the system will generate the Application Form for Registration and Certification Notice of Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination, which will be signed and submitted by the applicant himself (no agency is allowed). The electronic text of the application form can be downloaded and saved.
4. Select the registration method. Applicants can choose their own registration method when registering. For specific requirements, please refer to Item 1 of Article 4 of this Notice, "Implementing the notification system of registration certification matters".
5. Confirm the information and pay in time. The applicant should carefully check the information provided again to ensure that the information provided, selected and uploaded is complete and accurate. The applicant must pay the fee within the specified time; You can modify your registration information before confirming payment. Once paid, you will not be able to modify the information you have filled in. When paying online, please use a bank card (not limited to banks) marked "UnionPay" for online payment. After the payment is completed, be sure to check whether the "Payment Status" is successful. Deadline for online payment: 2021August 23rd 17:30. Overdue payment or unsuccessful payment shall be deemed as abandonment of registration.
(2) Matters needing attention in online registration
1. Because it takes a certain amount of time (generally 24 hours) for online verification of information such as identity and education submitted by applicants, the registration system is not allowed to continue the registration operation until the verification result is clear, so applicants must reserve enough registration time.
2. If the applicant sends the wrong photos, fills in the wrong personal information, chooses the wrong application information, fails to pay fees, does not meet the application conditions and other reasons, resulting in problems in taking the exam, marking papers, communication, qualification examination, certificate issuance and use, the applicant is responsible for it.
3. In order to facilitate the applicant to retrieve the user name and password, modify the registration information and restrict the registration behavior, the online newspaper platform has added a mobile phone binding function. During registration or login, users can check whether the submitted mobile phone number is in the registration database. If the mobile phone can be bound, they can log in to the system with their mobile phone number and send a verification code to the bound mobile phone for identity verification. After verification, the applicant can view the user name, reset the password and modify the registration information.
Please keep your user name and password safely. If the password is lost (forgotten), you can use the system to get it back. User name and password are stolen by others at your own risk. In order to ensure the security of bank cards and personal information, try not to register and pay online in public places such as Internet cafes. If you can't get back the secret answer, please bring your ID card or the original social security card of the People's Republic of China to the nearest municipal or provincial personnel examination institution to apply for getting back the secret answer.
5. If you encounter problems in the registration process, you can read the relevant instructions of the national professional and technical personnel qualification examination registration service platform, or call the Hunan Provincial Personnel Examination Institute or the relevant examination departments of the city and state for consultation (see Annex 3).
Seven, the examination method
(a) licensed pharmacist qualification examination is divided into pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine, each subject includes 4 examination subjects. All subjects are objective questions.
Pharmaceutical examination subjects include: pharmaceutical professional knowledge (1), pharmaceutical professional knowledge (2), pharmaceutical affairs management and regulations and comprehensive knowledge and skills.
The subjects of Chinese pharmacy examination include: Chinese pharmacy professional knowledge (1), Chinese pharmacy professional knowledge (2), pharmaceutical affairs management and regulations, and comprehensive knowledge and skills of Chinese pharmacy.
Pharmaceutical management and regulations, pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine are the same examination subjects.
(II) Licensed pharmacist qualification examination, personnel who take the four-subject examination (with unified examination level) must pass the examination subjects within four consecutive examination years, and personnel who take the two-subject examination (with exemption level) must pass the examination subjects within two examination years before obtaining the qualification certificate.
According to the Notice of Ministry Examination Center on Verifying the Qualification Examination Results of Professional and Technical Personnel (No.68/KLOC-0 [2005] of People's Examination Center), there is no manual marking and grading process for objective questions. Except for special circumstances such as lack of exams and violation of discipline, candidates' application for marking papers will not be accepted in principle.
After the examination, papers identified as identical by technical means will be given invalid examination results. The application for performance review shall be submitted to the personnel examination institution of the city where the application is located within 30 days after the announcement of the test results, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
(3) When taking the exam, candidates must bring their admission ticket and the valid original of the resident ID card or social security card of the People's Republic of China before entering the examination room, and sign the seat table of the examination room in the invigilator's office.
(4) Candidates should bring black ink pens, erasers and 2B pencils (used to fill in cards) during the examination. Mobile phones and other communication tools are not allowed to enter the venue, and carriers must turn off their mobile phones and put them in the designated position in the examination room. If you find that you use communication tools or don't turn off your mobile phone during the exam, you will be punished according to discipline.
(5) Draft papers are available in the examination room for examiners to ask for and recycle after the examination. After the exam, sign in the column "Hand in the papers and sign them" in the invigilator's examination room seating chart.

Candidates who need to receive invoices should register with the municipal and state personnel examination departments within one month after the successful payment, and will not be accepted after the deadline.
(4) Prevention and control of epidemic situation
