Conditions for running a private training institution's school license
The license for running a private training institution needs to meet the following conditions:

1. The applicant shall be a social organization other than a state organ or an individual citizen with political rights and full capacity for civil conduct;

2. Start-up capital: the source is stable, and the registered capital is generally not less than 200,000 yuan, excluding venture capital. The specific amount is mainly based on local regulations;

3. Free school place: it can meet the teaching needs and is relatively stable. The building area of the school is not less than 300 square meters, and no residential buildings are allowed (commercial and residential buildings in some areas do not meet the requirements). The teaching area is not less than 80%, and the property rights of the house are clear; It should be noted that the specific requirements of relevant departments must be consulted before bidding. For example, the school building area in Shenzhen is not less than 400 square meters:

4. Lease school buildings with a lease term of not less than 3 years, which is suitable for running schools and has no potential safety hazards;

5. The principal has an age limit (the specific age is mainly based on local laws and regulations), has a professional and technical position above the intermediate level or a bachelor's degree or above, and has more than 5 years of education management experience;

6. There are not less than 3 full-time teachers, more than 2 full-time administrative personnel and more than 2 qualified financial personnel (the above cannot represent all regions, please consult the local education bureau for details);

Article 2 Social organizations or individuals other than state institutions may use non-state financial funds to set up various types of private schools at all levels; However, private schools offering military, police, political and other special education may not be established.

The national financial funds mentioned in the Law on the Promotion of Private Education and these Regulations refer to financial allocations and financial funds obtained according to law that should be turned over to the state treasury or financial special accounts.

Article 10 The establishment of private schools shall fulfill the obligation of capital contribution in full and on time. During the existence of private schools, the sponsors shall not withdraw their capital contribution or misappropriate the funds for running schools.

Organizers may raise funds to set up for-profit private schools according to law, and the funds raised shall be mainly used for running schools, and shall not change their uses without authorization, and fulfill their information disclosure obligations according to regulations. Private schools and their sponsors shall not charge students and their parents fees related to admission in the name of sponsorship fees or in disguised form.
