If a nurse changes her practice place across provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the registration department that receives the report shall also notify the registration department of her original practice place.

Nurse Practice Registration Information System

The health administrative departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall provide convenience for nurses to change their registration through the nurse practice registration information system.

Cancel practice registration

Cancellation of practice registration by the original registration department: failure to renew the registration after the expiration of the registration period; Being punished by revoking the nurse's practice certificate; The nurse died or lost her capacity for civil conduct.

Time limit for application

The application for nurse practice registration shall be filed within 3 years from the date of passing the nurse practice qualification examination; If an application is filed within the time limit, in addition to the materials specified in Article 7 of these Measures, it shall also submit a certificate that it has received clinical nursing training for three months and passed the examination in the teaching and general hospitals designated by the health administrative departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
