The management regulations on safety technical training and assessment for special operators have been considered and passed at the office meeting of the director of the State Administration of Work Safety on April 26th, 20 10, and are hereby promulgated, and shall come into force as of July 6th, 20/KLOC-0. 1999 07 12 the administrative measures for safety technical training and assessment of special operators issued by the former state economic and trade commission shall be abolished at the same time.
