The school's annual art festival, science and technology festival, sports festival, reading festival, charity bazaar, New Year's party and other activities are all stages and opportunities to show students' personality and enrich their connotations, and at the same time, these activities also provide a broad stage and space for cultivating students' organizational and management abilities. As one of the few characteristic schools of art education in Minhang District, our school's chorus, small band, dance team, shadow play and other art teams have trained a group of talents with high artistic literacy, which has laid a solid foundation for students to further their studies. Our robot projects with scientific and technological characteristics have won many awards 100 in regional, municipal and even national competitions.

Our regional art project "Chinese knot" enjoys a high reputation in Minhang District. We can proudly say that all students in the middle school attached to the base can knit Chinese knots, and all grades have "professional and technical talents" in Chinese knot knitting. These "professional and technical talents" weave charity fairs, weave performances, take apprentices in the community and show their talents on the stage. The development of this project has fully developed students' personalities and specialties.

June 5438+February this year, the school was approved by the Middle School Curriculum Department of the Department of Basic Education of the Ministry of Education as the experimental test center of "Middle School Mathematics Learning Adaptability Test". This experiment will surely become a new growth point for schools to improve classroom teaching strategies and teachers' professional growth. Based on this factor, the school plans to set up a "Mathematics Adaptability Test" training class on the premise of students and parents' willingness, so as to open up a world for students with mathematics learning interests and specialties, and realize the goals of students' independent learning, self-development and self-confident growth while cultivating their rigorous mathematical thinking ability.
