Focus on hospital management and electronic medical records, and promote hospital information construction. Using network information technology, promote the cooperation between urban hospitals and community health service institutions, and actively develop telemedicine for rural and remote areas.

Establish and improve the medical security information system. Accelerate the construction of multi-functional medical security information systems such as fund management, expense settlement and control, medical behavior management and supervision, and management services of insured units and individuals. Strengthen the construction of the basic medical insurance for urban workers and residents and the information system of the new rural cooperative medical system, realize the docking with the information system of medical institutions, actively promote the "one card" and other ways to facilitate the insured (joint) personnel to seek medical treatment and increase the transparency of medical services.

Establish and improve the national, provincial and municipal drug supervision, drug inspection and adverse drug reaction monitoring information network, and strengthen the monitoring of key links in the whole process of drug research and development, production, circulation and use.
