In recent years, the Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security has been committed to the construction of human resources capacity in the field of labor security, and various education and training undertakings have developed rapidly and vigorously. Up to now, * * * has organized labor and social security business training courses 120, with more than 226,000 trainees. At the same time, market-oriented development of demonstration application-oriented talent training. In addition, we have actively carried out international exchanges and training, established cooperation projects with the Education Department of Alberta, Canada and the Education College of the Korean Ministry of Labor, established stable business channels with the training center of the International Labour Organization, and organized more than ten training missions such as "Human Resource Management and Development", "Entrepreneurship Training and Entrepreneurship Guidance" and "Social Insurance Fund Management and Supervision" to study and inspect in Italy, France, Germany, Britain, Belgium and other countries. In September, 2003, the Department of Personnel and Education of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security signed an agreement with the Education Training Center and Examination Center of the Ministry of Education to jointly carry out the cooperation project of professional training and academic education of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security and the undergraduate department, which opened up a new channel for the cadres of the labor and social security system to upgrade their academic level and become talents.

The development goal of the Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security is to strive to become a first-class education and training institution with domestic and international influence to adapt to the vigorous development of labor and social security, reach an advanced level in project development, teachers, teaching materials and teaching methods, and form a well-known brand in various training businesses.
