Toyota's after-sales service department and special maintenance station go to T-TEP school to hold TOYOTA-DAY every year to inspect, select and hire graduates.
2. Relying on the crew education quality management system model.
Establish a quality management system for seafarers' education and training that meets the requirements of STCW78/95 Convention and People's Republic of China (PRC) Regulations on Quality Management of Seafarers' Education and Training, and obtain the qualification of "seafarers' education and training" through the examination and acceptance of the National Maritime Safety Administration. In the course setting, it is not only aimed at the corresponding post groups of graduates majoring in navigation technology and marine engineering, but also meets the requirements of STCW78/95 convention, IMO demonstration training course and quality management rules of seafarers' education and training in China.
Graduates have mastered the basic theory and knowledge of navigation specialty, and the operational skills of ship driving and engine management, which meet the requirements of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW78/95 Convention) and China's seafarers' standards, and can be competent for modern ship driving and management, ship safety inspection and maritime investigation, port pilotage, ship operation, crew management and service.
3. "Order-based" training mode
Through a variety of "order-based" training methods, the college further strengthens cooperation with industries and enterprises, and realizes the win-win goal of "students have jobs after graduation, talents for enterprise development, and talents for students to run schools". The "order-based" training mode includes: signing an order agreement with the entrusting unit, and the unit will come to the college for recruitment when the students graduate; The contracting unit provides training objectives, training programs and teaching materials, and students work in the contracting unit after graduation; The contractor and the college jointly contribute to the training, and the unit will come to the college to recruit students upon graduation.
4. Training mode of "basic platform+professional module+strengthening link+multiple certificates"
According to the professional ability needs of employment groups, the traditional curriculum system is integrated to form a talent training model of "basic platform+professional module+strengthening link+multi-certificate integration": the basic platform consists of theoretical basis and practical basis; Professional module according to the specific skills of the post, set up professional courses and practical training comprehensive modules to train students to master special knowledge and skills; Strengthening the practice link is to increase the operation assessment of major professional courses on the basis of teaching assessment; At the same time, students have obtained graduation certificate, advanced vocational qualification certificate, automobile driving certificate, logistics engineer certificate, three certificates and Mifune certificate.
5. Try 5 times. JIT (just-in-time) training mode.
At present, our hospital is exploring JIT mode, which is the development and innovation of order training mode. The basic idea of JIT training mode is to train the number of students required by the employer with the skill specifications required by the employer and only with the skill specifications required by the employer, with the time required by the employer and only with the time required by the employer.
