Non-disciplinary training institutions are strictly prohibited from carrying out disciplinary training in violation of regulations in the name of research, summer camp, thinking literacy and Chinese studies literacy;
Online training for preschool children is strictly prohibited.
It is strictly forbidden for primary and secondary schools to employ in-service teachers and foreigners to participate in or participate in training activities in disguise;
It is strictly forbidden for off-campus training institutions to provide venues for in-service teachers to make up lessons with compensation;
It is strictly forbidden to recruit personnel without teacher qualification certificate to engage in subject training;
It is strictly forbidden to provide overseas education courses;
It is forbidden to assign homework to students;
Long-term training is prohibited. Online training should not exceed 30 minutes per class, offline training should not exceed 45 minutes per class, and the course interval should not be less than 10 minute.
It is strictly forbidden to violate the training time requirements, and the training time shall not conflict with the teaching time of local primary and secondary schools. The end time of offline training shall not be later than 20:30, and the end time of online training shall not be later than 21:00;
It is strictly forbidden for online training institutions to provide and disseminate bad learning methods such as "taking photos and searching questions", which inert students' thinking ability, affect students' independent thinking and violate the laws of education and teaching.
