The nutritional health status of China residents is not optimistic. The incidence of diet-related chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia is increasing year by year, and the age of patients is decreasing. China is facing the double challenges of nutritional deficiency and unbalanced nutritional structure. With the rapid development of China's economic construction and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the demand for nutrition professionals in all walks of life is becoming more and more urgent. However, at present, there are/kloc-0 nutritionists per 300,000 people in China, while in Japan, the number of nutritionists is 2.4 times that of clinicians, and there are/kloc-0 nutritionists per 300 people. In contrast, the market gap of nutritionists in China is very large. In order to cultivate a group of excellent nutritionists for the society and improve the health level of the whole people, our hospital has specially carried out the professional qualification certification training for public nutritionists.

1. Employment direction: Mainly engaged in nutrition consultation, guiding people to eat scientifically and reasonably, private and family nutritionists, nutrition consultants in star-rated hotels, nutrition consultants in food manufacturing enterprises, nutrition consultants in nutritious food sales enterprises, nutrition consultants in government canteens, nutrition consultants in slimming beauty centers, nutritionists in schools and kindergartens, and community nutritionists.

Second, the main work:

1, evaluation, management and guidance of human nutritional status; 2, dietary nutrition evaluation, management and guidance;

3. Consultation and education of nutrition knowledge; 4. Nutritional evaluation and guidance of food and its function.

Third, the application conditions:

Public dietitian (level 4, intermediate)

1, continuously engaged in this occupation 1 year or more.

2, with medical or food professional secondary school graduation certificate.

3. After the formal training of public dietitians in Level 4, they have reached the required standard class hours and obtained the certificate of completion.

Assistant nutritionist (level 3, advanced)

1, who has been engaged in this occupation for more than 6 years continuously;

2. Having been engaged in this profession for more than 4 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of Grade 4 public dietitian;

3. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of level 4 public dietitian, he has been engaged in this profession for more than 3 years continuously, and has been trained by level 3 public dietitian to reach the required standard hours, and has obtained the certificate of completion.

4. College degree or above in medicine or food.

5. Have a college degree or above in non-medical or food major, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 1 year.

6. Have a college degree or above in non-medical or food major, have reached the required standard hours after training by a three-level nutritionist, and have obtained a certificate of completion.

Public Nutritionist (Level II, Technician)

1, and has been engaged in this occupation continuously for more than 13 years.

2. Have been engaged in this profession for more than 5 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the third-class public dietitian.

3. After obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the third-level public dietitian, he has been engaged in this profession for more than 4 years continuously, and has reached the required standard hours after the training of the second-level public dietitian, and has obtained the certificate of completion.

4. Have a bachelor's degree in medicine or food, obtain the third-class professional qualification certificate of public dietitian, and have been engaged in this occupation for more than 4 years.

5. Have a bachelor's degree in medicine or food, have been engaged in the professional work for more than 3 years after obtaining the professional qualification certificate of the third-class public dietitian, have reached the required standard hours after the training of the second-class public dietitian, and have obtained the certificate of completion.

6, with a master's degree or above in medicine or food, and engaged in this occupation for more than 2 years.

Fourth, training costs.

Public dietitian: 2600 yuan, assistant public dietitian: 3200 yuan, public dietitian: 4800 yuan.

Verb (abbreviation of verb) certificate issuance

Unified participation in the national vocational qualification examination for public nutritionists organized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security (Department). Those who pass the examination will be awarded the national vocational qualification certificate for public nutritionists, which is valid for life and exempt from annual examination. Sixth, the examination time

June 2009 (provincial unified examination)

7. Examination form: Appraisal is divided into two parts: theoretical knowledge examination and professional skill examination, and theoretical and skill examination.

A score of 60 or higher is considered to have passed the exam.
