2. Design and debugging of motorcycle testing machine exported to India.
The trip to India was successful, difficult and unforgettable. The three of us, without an interpreter, overcame the difficulties of local hot weather and unsuitable diet, and completed the debugging of four equipments in less than three weeks, and got the acceptance summary from users, which is worthy of recognition. However, I feel a little sorry.
Because it is the first time to export vehicle products, the lack of experience, poor anti-rust packaging and broken equipment have reduced the satisfaction of Indians with us. If we pay attention to these details and use our products to open the door to India, a country whose industry has just started, then I believe we will benefit from it.

I participated in the design of this product under the guidance of the lathe operator. At present, the drawings have been designed, waiting for the user to review the drawings before drawing. I feel very lucky. I have worked with lathe workers, wool workers and shell workers to design products. They are all energetic people with high professional quality and good personality. They let me have a more comprehensive understanding of dynamic products in a short time.
5. Participated in the design of pnw-6000
At present, it is in the tense drawing design stage.
6. I investigated the driving axle test-bed with worker X. The drive axle test-bed is still blank in our company. I followed X worker to Beijing and Jinan Heavy Duty Truck for investigation and got a lot of information. At present, wool workers are talking with customers about technical problems.
7. Participate in the design of pws-250c.
Co-designed with X worker, which has passed the user's pre-acceptance.
8. As the technical project leader, design nw-dyb200.
This project is a new product, completely new design, short design time and great difficulty, which is a severe test for me. Zuo Gong is very strict with me. Looking for information about mts and other products for my reference gave me great autonomy. After hard work, I finally finished the design task. At present, the mechanical part of the product has been installed, waiting for the controller to debug.
9. Develop technical solutions and provide technical support for the sales department.

These two products are also new products with complicated structures. At first, I was appointed as the project leader. But in the process of design, I obviously felt my lack of ability. In addition, during the critical period of the project, there was an emergency at home. I asked for leave for nearly three weeks, which delayed the design time. I am deeply sorry and grateful to Zuo Gong for taking on a lot of work that should have been done by me. These two million products are a good exercise for me, which makes me realize my own shortcomings. At the same time, I also want to thank Zuo Gong for teaching me a lot, because these two products have matured a lot.
Chapter IV: Summary of the Annual Work of Mechanical Engineers Over the past six months, I have been keen on my job, being strict with myself, keeping my post in good order, and always maintaining the attitude of "modesty", "caution" and "self-discipline". With the care and training of leaders and the help and support of colleagues, I always study hard, make positive progress, strive to improve myself, complete my tasks seriously and perform my duties well. I. Work situation
Over the past six months, I have gradually grown from being familiar with the company's projects to being able to undertake some modules of the company's projects, and made due contributions to the company in these aspects. However, the company's projects are more complicated and there are still many things to learn, so I will continue to work hard to understand the details and difficulties in the project more deeply, hoping to see the perfect birth of the products through my own efforts.
In the past six months, I have mainly completed the following work:
1. The indexes of radio stations are refined and studied. According to the suggestions of Engineer X and the indexes of civil aviation, our own radio station testing methods are summarized, and our radio station is tested in detail, and its performance is evaluated according to the test records.
2. According to the tracking test of the radio station, the problems existing in the radio station are sorted out one after another, and the corresponding parameters of each module are modified. Then, the schematic diagram of each module is modified, and the solutions are put forward for the fractional frequency division problem of transmitter frequency combination and the large harmonic problem of transmitter.
3. It took a month and a half to integrate and modify the system schematic diagram of the whole radio station, and at the same time, it made clear the meaning of various signals of the whole radio station, which laid the foundation for later research and development and testing.
4. According to the test data of the transmitter, the transmitter is evaluated, and some problems such as unstable power, inaccuracy, modulation drift, large distortion and PTT timeout are put forward. And then cooperate with Xigong University to solve the related problems of transmitter. During the cooperation, the problems such as power stability, modulation drift and PTT timeout were solved. By solving these problems, we also summed up a set of methods and formulas, which solved the related problems of the transmitter more deeply and laid the foundation for the subsequent debugging and production of the transmitter.
5. Further efforts should be made to solve the problems of large distortion and large harmonics left by the transmitter. Try to make MOD voltage generating circuit, narrow the scope of troubleshooting, try to use custom filter to reduce harmonics, modify power amplifier parameters and solve problems. Although the problem has not been well solved, we have also found the direction from it. I think if we continue to work in this direction, these problems will be solved.

It has advanced asphalt concrete construction equipment and technology in China, mainly engaged in scientific research, design, test detection, technology development, consulting services and engineering construction of steel bridge deck pavement and road engineering, and can undertake road and bridge pavement construction tasks with special technical requirements, as well as the development, production and sales of some road special materials, with strong scientific research, development, production and construction capabilities.
In the past year, I participated in the operation and on-site maintenance of production equipment and benefited a lot. I am a college graduate who has just entered the society. I graduated from Industrial Vocational and Technical College 20 years ago, majoring in mechanical design and manufacturing.
