1. Carry out in-depth hierarchical and classified training. The demand for cadres' knowledge tends to be more diversified, and Socialism with Chinese characteristics's theoretical system, especially Scientific Outlook on Development and modern market economy theory and knowledge, has become the first choice for most cadres. Therefore, we should focus on the construction of cadres' ruling ability and strengthen the training of new knowledge, new skills and new skills. Under the new situation, we should design and arrange the contents of cadre education and training from the aspects of improving cadres' learning ability, coping ability, competitiveness, decision-making ability and innovation ability, and enhance the pertinence and timeliness of cadre education and training. Most cadres generally believe that the outstanding problems in the current style of study of cadres are: lack of interest and enthusiasm in learning theory; Do things instead of learning, and do things by experience; Do not study hard, do not study hard, perfunctory, judging; Learning theory is divorced from reality, and scientific theory will not be used to solve practical problems; Show, make superficial articles. Therefore, it is necessary to further establish and improve the management system of study style. According to the relevant provisions of the "Several Opinions on Further Strengthening the Construction of Middle School Style in Cadre Education and Training" of the Central Organization Department, we will formulate measures for the management of style of study that are suitable for the actual situation in our county, strictly enforce the discipline of cadre learning and training, standardize the behavior of participating in learning and training, and promote the effective development of cadre training.
