It doesn't help much. This certificate can only be used as the certificate of the supervision engineer, and has nothing to do with the supervision engineer. However, if you don't graduate, don't have enough years, have this certificate and have some work experience, it will be relatively easy to find a job.

The certificate of supervision completion can not be used as the certificate of supervision engineer examination, and you must obtain the intermediate title to take the supervision engineer examination. If you take the national registered supervision engineer, you must obtain the intermediate title for three years before you can apply.
