The contents of the drug management system are as follows:

1, the management of conventional drugs, the types of conventional drugs should be determined according to the needs, accounting should be established, counters should be set up, classified and placed, the price should be clearly marked, managed by special personnel, cleaned up and supplemented in time, and there is no backlog, expiration or deterioration, and there is handover registration;

2, oral medicine, external medicine placed separately, the bottle label is clear. The base number of oral drugs in the ward is set as required and stored in dry and clean glass bottles. The name, dosage and quantity of the drug should be clearly marked on the label with blue frame and white background outside the bottle. Ward according to the needs of the disease set the base of external drugs, such as paraffin oil, mouthwash, magnesium sulfate solution, etc. Topical drugs should be stored in the counter, marked with a red frame and a white background label, and the label is clear, and should not be mixed with disinfectants;

3. Management of first-aid drugs. First-aid drugs "four-set": quantitative, location, special custody, regular inspection, intact rate100%; Establish a first-aid drug list card, a schematic diagram of drug placement and a first-aid drug handover book. When the shift is changed, the handover personnel shall sign; The head nurse and treatment nurse check once a week, with records and signatures; Nursing staff must master the pharmacological action, usage, observation and treatment of adverse reactions of first-aid drugs, and have training and assessment records; First-aid drugs have spare bases, which are placed in turn according to classification. Drugs should be marked with expiration date and replenished in time after use.

4, special drug management system. High-risk drugs: including the establishment of high-risk drug list, strict use registration, implementation of high-risk drug warning system, clear potential risks and precautions in high-risk drugs, and monitoring corresponding indicators; Toxic and narcotic drugs are limited to drama drugs: they should be stored in safes that meet the requirements of "four decisions", and the fixed types and quantities should be consistent with the hospital's "Notice on the Storage Base of Anesthesia and Psychotropic Drugs in Departments". They should be registered and handed over as required, and the base should not be increased or decreased at will. If it is necessary to make changes, it shall be implemented according to the procedure of department application-examination and approval by medical department and nursing department-announcement and notice.
