The cooperation between China Communication University and Hong Kong Phoenix Satellite TV was born under the background of school-enterprise cooperation. In 2008, we signed a contract with Phoenix College of China Communication University, combining excellent genes from academia and industry. The College is affiliated to Communication University of China, offering subjects such as film and television project management, training on-the-job Master of Arts, and undertaking some further training in domestic radio and television systems. This was some of our business at that time, mainly to go deep into the front line of the national radio and television system to provide targeted on-the-job training, and to train a number of MFAs majoring in film and television project management every year, that is, on-the-job master of arts. Producers of TV series Dazhaimen, Going West, Lian Zhihua, Liu Laogen, Guo, "Hidden" all graduated from Phoenix University, majoring in film and television project management. In order to facilitate operation and management, a supporting company, Sichuan University Phoenix Company, was established on 20 12, with each party holding 50% shares. (20 19 12 according to the relevant policies of the Ministry of education, the parent company of phoenix TV education has become the sole investor of Sichuan university phoenix. )
Growth period: industry-wide deployment under active exploration and extensive attempts?
Since 20 14, Chuanda Phoenix has made full use of the resources of shareholders' media academia and industry, and actively tried to expand all aspects of the media industry. It has successively operated high-end education and training exchange projects such as Phoenix Gold Medal Broker, Seminar for Directors of Media and Management Department, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and overseas radio and television system training, innovative exchanges of TV programs between China, Britain, China and South Korea, and cross-Straits, and program fairs. This is the development scenario of some of our projects. The first plate on the left is that we have built a bridge for the exchange and trading of program modes among all parties, including the two sides of the strait, China, Britain, China and South Korea, and the whole Asian region. 20 13 20 14 is the stage of introducing more program modes. Every activity attracts well-known program production organizations at home and abroad to promote their program modes, and domestic first-line TV stations will come and buy them. In the second section, we received some demand for going out for inspection during the training of broadcasting and television system, so we made a series of inspection projects in Hong Kong, South Korea, Europe and America. The upper part on the right is that after we set up a platform for the exchange of domestic and foreign program content, our place has become a window for China to learn about the development of overseas program content. We will hold regular movie viewing sessions with the seasons, where domestic broadcasters can learn about the development of the industry conveniently and quickly. The module on the lower right is 20 15, which started to enter the infant language art training industry, developed and published the first set of teaching materials, which were published by Communication University of China Press, and held the first exhibition of fancy boys' works. At that time, the total number of performers was about 300, which was held in Communication University of China.

Fortunately, we have made some achievements in the exploration of media and education, and each has entered a stage of steady development. In the broadcasting industry, we finally chose to deepen content evaluation and publicity. From the broadcast and television training information publishing platform of Phoenix College of China Communication University to a member of the media industry opinion leader matrix, Sichuan University Phoenix's self-media brand "Media 1" has gone through a unique transformation path from internal function account to commercial self-media after nearly nine years. With the changes in the media industry, the customer base has expanded from radio and television systems to long and short video platforms, film and television production companies and entertainment industry marketing companies. "Media 1" project successfully left the parent company and moved into a subsidiary company to operate independently after reaching the performance income standard for five consecutive years, and the core team members of the project operation realized shareholding.
In language and art education, spread the phoenix? Fancy boys' language art has become one of the leading providers of language art education solutions, providing online learning courses covering all ages for all people who want to improve their language expression ability, providing teaching materials, lesson plan education, teacher training, fancy boys' performances for children, graded examinations, skill competitions for teachers, and language art education festivals for institutions (such as broadcasting and hosting, speaking eloquence, reading aloud, language performance and other courses). At present, there are about 3,000 partners in China, including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions and overseas Chinese communities.
