The full support of the top level of the enterprise will play an indispensable role in clarifying the direction and focus, allocating sufficient resources and clarifying responsibilities.
2. Whether it is printing and packaging enterprises or other enterprises, in the initial stage of implementing lean six sigma, they all need some investment, especially the investment of talents. Including project advocates who are proficient in enterprise management and actively promote changes, full-time black belts who are familiar with the theory and practice of Lean Six Sigma, and green belts who master certain tools and methods of Lean Six Sigma and are willing to constantly improve their positions. It is very important that employees must agree with the company's vision, understand the company's goals, and be willing and good at communicating with others. Clear who is responsible for the introduction, training, implementation and promotion of lean six-sigma in the organization, and give full authorization. So that team members have more input, commitment and pride. Also let other colleagues involved in lean six sigma activities know where to get help when facing difficulties.

4. Pay attention to the use of methods and tools. Lean Six Sigma provides several tools at each stage from the definition stage to the control stage, and the use of methods and tools must be selected according to the actual situation of the problem. If the problems encountered in the process are relatively simple, they can be directly solved by lean production, which can save process time. For complex problems, we should give more consideration to the methods provided by Six Sigma, so as to deeply analyze the problems, find the root causes of the problems and improve them at the source. For example, when analyzing the factors affecting the quality of printed matter, we can use the hierarchical method in QC technology to classify people, machines, materials, methods and environment one by one.
5. Pay attention to process management in the implementation process. Lean six sigma is closely related to total quality management, and its implementation is based on process. The implementation of lean six sigma management in printing and packaging enterprises must be process-centered, so as to effectively find out which activities are valuable and which are wasteful in the whole process, so as to carry out efficient management and effectively reduce the wasteful activities in the production and operation of printing and packaging enterprises (the implementation process is shown in the figure below).

The implementation of Lean Six Sigma in China enterprises requires paying attention to the construction of corporate culture. Printing and packaging enterprises are inherently mixed.
