(3) Meal expenses refer to the meal expenses incurred during the training of participants and staff.
(4) Training venue fee refers to renting conference rooms or classrooms for training.
(5) Training material fee refers to the necessary materials and office supplies fee during the training period.
(6) Transportation expenses refer to the transportation expenses incurred for the personnel needed for training and inspection and investigation related to training.
(7) Other expenses refer to on-site teaching fees, equipment rental fees, cultural and sports activities fees, medical expenses and other training-related expenses.
Inter-city transportation expenses incurred by personnel participating in off-site training and teaching shall be reimbursed to the unit in accordance with the relevant provisions of the travel expenses of the central and state organs.
Second, the standard:
1. Training fees, in addition to teachers' fees, are subject to comprehensive quota standards, itemized approval and total amount control, and various fees can be adjusted and used. The comprehensive quota standards are as follows:
(1) Class I training refers to the training programs mainly at the provincial and ministerial levels and corresponding personnel.
(2) The second type of training refers to the training programs mainly for bureau-level personnel.
(3) The third kind of training refers to the training programs whose participants are mainly below the division level.
Training programs mainly aimed at other personnel are classified and implemented according to the above standards. The comprehensive quota standard is the upper limit of related expenses. Each unit shall settle the reimbursement within the comprehensive quota standard.
Training within 30 days is controlled according to the comprehensive quota standard; More than 30 days of training, more than days in accordance with the comprehensive quota standard of 70% control. The above days include check-in and evacuation time, which shall not exceed 1 day respectively.
2. Teachers' fees are accounted for separately in the comprehensive quota standard.

(2) The inter-city transportation expenses of the lecturers shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions and standards of the travel expenses of the central and state organs, and the accommodation and meals shall be implemented in accordance with the standards of these Measures, and shall be borne by the training organizer in principle.
(3) Training really needs to hire lecturers from different places (including overseas). If the journey takes a long time, the lecture fee may be appropriately increased with the written consent of the principal responsible comrades of the unit.
