1. Social organizations that run private schools shall have the status of legal persons;

2. Individuals who run private schools should have political rights and full capacity for civil conduct;

3, in line with the "standards for the establishment of private vocational training schools" (Trial) school conditions.

(1) The basic scale of running a school should be no less than 200 students.

(2) There should be a training place suitable for the scale of running a school, and the lease term of the rented place should be not less than 3 years. There is office space, and the teaching place for concentrated theoretical courses should reach more than 300 square meters, with good lighting and ventilation conditions, tables, chairs, platforms, blackboards and other facilities; There is an internship operation place that meets the needs of internship teaching, and it conforms to the safety regulations of environmental protection, labor protection, safety, fire control, hygiene and other related types of work. To recruit students, their accommodation should also comply with the relevant provisions of environmental protection, safety, fire protection, health and so on.

(3) There should be facilities and equipment for teaching, practice and experiment to meet the needs of teaching and skill training, and there should be enough practice stations.

(4) Managers should have high professional ethics and professional quality.

(5) Full-time principals should be provided. The principal shall have a college degree or above, a professional technical post qualification at the intermediate level or above or a national vocational qualification at the third level or above, have more than 2 years of vocational education and training experience, and be familiar with the national vocational training policies, laws and regulations.

(6) A corresponding number of full-time teaching management personnel should be equipped according to the scale of running a school. Full-time teaching management personnel should have college degree or above, intermediate title or national vocational qualification level 3 or above, have more than 2 years of vocational education and training experience, and have rich teaching management experience. Relevant personnel engaged in vocational guidance and employment services shall be provided. Financial management personnel should have the qualification certificate of accounting personnel.

(7) Equipped with full-time and part-time teachers with reasonable structure to meet the scale of running a school. Full-time teachers are generally not less than 1/4 of the total number of teachers, and each training major (occupation, type of work) is equipped with at least two theoretical teachers and practical guidance teachers. Both theoretical teachers and practical teachers should have the qualifications corresponding to their teaching posts.

(8) There should be a teaching (training) plan, outline and teaching materials corresponding to the training major (occupation and type of work). The teaching (training) plan, syllabus and teaching materials of vocational qualification training shall conform to the national vocational standards. Self-compiled teaching (training) plans, outlines and textbooks shall be demonstrated by experts and reported to the examination and approval authorities for the record before they can be organized and implemented.

(9) Various management systems should be established, including school articles of association and development planning, teaching management, teacher management, student management, financial and health safety management, and equipment management.

(10) The promoters should have stable and reliable sources of funds, with fixed assets of over 500,000 yuan and registered capital of over 300,000 yuan.
