Subsidy standard

Those who participate in vocational skills training and obtain vocational skills grade certificates shall be given vocational training subsidies by all localities. Each district and city may, in combination with the actual work, formulate local vocational skill level certificate subsidy standards with reference to the national vocational qualification certificate subsidy standards.

Application time

Urban and rural workers who have obtained vocational skill level certificates before the issuance of this document should apply for the above vocational training subsidies to human and social departments at all levels within 6 months from the date of issuance of this document; Urban and rural workers who have obtained the vocational skill level certificate after the document is issued shall apply for the above-mentioned vocational training subsidies to the human and social departments at all levels within 6 months from the date of obtaining the certificate.
