Before taking part in the internship, I received the training of the internship kindergarten. During the nearly one-month training, I learned a lot of practical knowledge. Including music, dance, art, literacy, English and so on. Finally, the training teacher found that I did well in Montessori teaching. Let me be the accompanying teacher of Class 2 in my garden. After meeting the head teacher, I worshipped the head teacher as a teacher. The formal internship began, and I began to prepare for a new class. Because the new children are not familiar with the new place, there is not a child in the garden who doesn't cry. At that time, I was very confused. I picked this up and led that one to laugh. This made me taste the hardships of kindergarten teachers' work for the first time. I was a little discouraged at first, but just after I left campus, my excitement and enthusiasm for work have been supporting and inspiring me. I insist. Slowly, with our guidance and the cooperation of parents, the children adapted to the environment and most of them began to cooperate with our work. I take special care of some children when they can't adapt. Tell them stories to calm them down, let the children play games together and get familiar with their classmates. My efforts are very effective.
Accepting a new job is the hardest thing. But I deeply understand that the more you give, the more you get. Although I did the hardest, most tiring and troublesome work in my new class, it brought me more experiences. I believe it will be more handy when I take a new class in the future. At the same time, my mentality has also changed, I learned to persist and strengthened my will.
During my work in Montessori, I will learn from my children about my lack of Montessori work, and gradually understand and learn some rules, steps and requirements of Montessori work through the guidance of the head teacher, that is, my master. When playing games, I will also let go of my teacher's identity, play with my children, and gradually let my children accept me and recognize me. Also keep abreast of each child's characteristics, interests and hobbies, and enter their fairy tale world. The master also taught me not to play too crazy with children, or no one will listen to your lectures in the future. This also taught me a profound lesson after teaching my children later. Once children accept you, they will want you. Thanks to you, telling you what he found today and the little secrets at home, the child has adapted to the mentality that you are his friend, so that I spent a lot of energy to establish my prestige during the lecture.
In teaching, there are always some children who can't concentrate on the class and make trouble in class. They were really angry at that time. Perhaps the reason why they are young and energetic is that they have not experienced it. Master patiently enlightened me and helped me. I gradually understand that this is the child's nature, and I also follow the child's personality and use methods to teach: for example, telling stories to children, attracting their interest, and letting children calm down and give lectures first.
I actively cooperate with nurses and teachers in conservation work. It embodies that "education is guaranteed and education is guaranteed". If the child gets hot in outdoor activities, give the child a towel immediately and increase or decrease clothes; Go back to the classroom and urge the children to wash their hands; When drinking water, remind children not to talk, play nice piano music for children, and cultivate children's good habit of drinking water quietly; When eating, observe each child's eating situation, remind children to be quiet when eating, not picky about food, chew slowly; During the nap, do a good job of inspection and cover the children with quilts. In daily life, guide children to understand their relationship with the group and let them know that they are a member of the group and are willing to participate in group activities. Teach children to care about the collective, care about their peers and be polite to others. Moral education should be given to children, so that they can develop good children with morality, wisdom and courtesy, keep close contact with parents, listen to their opinions, teach children in accordance with their aptitude according to their performance at home, and correct their bad habits with parents.
I think a good teacher should not only care about and take care of children, but also keep a good relationship with their parents. The communication between parents and teachers is very important, and the way of "family education" can make children develop more comprehensively and better. During my internship, I tried to deal with every parent and share their children's performance at home and in the garden. Fortunately, the children are improving day by day, and parents are more and more assured of me as an intern teacher.
There is a very gratifying thing during the internship. In the process of grading by parents, other teachers gave 100 (full mark 100), but my parents gave me 120. I am glad that my efforts have not been in vain and have been recognized by parents and garden leaders. Let children grow up healthily and reassure parents, which is our goal and my motivation. In the face of my own achievements, I have unspeakable excitement in my heart.
