Recently, I had the honor to attend the training course on improving the ability of organizing cadres organized by the Organization Department of the county party committee in Zhejiang University. Through study and training, both basic theoretical knowledge and one's own ideological consciousness have made great progress and improvement, laying a solid foundation for future work. Now I will report the experience of this training as follows:
First, diversified learning can improve the level of political theory.
After reporting to the training ground, I adjusted my mentality in time, changed my role, studied with an open mind, strictly observed discipline, listened carefully and thought diligently, and completed the transfer from desk to desk and from listening to learning. The training course has arranged a variety of learning trips for us through various forms such as group teaching, group discussion, watching videos and outdoor expansion.
Through the study of government crisis public relations and media response, we can understand how to take corresponding measures calmly, timely and effectively when the crisis comes. Through the study of party spirit, I realize the importance of improving personal party spirit, being honest and loyal to my duties; Through the study of stress management and psychological adjustment of leading cadres, I learned the methods of relieving stress and the skills of relieving negative emotions, and enhanced my ability to adapt to the working environment.
Through the study of innovative thinking and management from the perspective of game theory, I realized that we should explore new ideas and methods in combination with the actual work and be a league cadre who dares to experiment and is good at exploration. Through the transformation of "Two Mountains" in Anji County and the on-site teaching in Anji beautiful countryside, it is found that a beautiful environment is a dividend brought by economic development and can also provide inexhaustible motive force for economic development.
Second, strengthen exchanges, learn from each other's strengths and make common progress.
This training and study provided us with a more convenient and broader communication platform, and expanded the mutual exchange and understanding among students. First, I improved intrapersonal communication's ability, overcame my timidity to a certain extent, and helped me communicate with people more boldly and naturally in my future work; Second, it has enhanced the understanding and in-depth understanding of other township-related work, which is helpful to learn new ways of thinking, working methods and abilities.

After five days' study, I strengthened my theoretical arm, optimized my knowledge structure and improved my comprehensive quality. I not only learned a lot of valuable knowledge, but also forged a deep friendship between teachers and students. I also realized that the organizational work I did was not only an honor, but also a responsibility and dedication. Although the study of this training course has ended, it is not the end, but a new beginning. I will regard this training course as a gas station and a new starting point for my life journey.
