There are more than 7,000 students and 232 teachers in the college, including 53 professors with senior lecturers, associate professors and associate researchers, 60 teachers with intermediate titles, 7 1 teacher for production practice, 2 graduate students 12, 60 "double-qualified" teachers, 2 national excellent teachers and 3 overseas students.

The college always puts students' professional ability and advanced skills in the first place in teaching and training. In recent years, teachers and students of our college have won the first, second and third prizes for more than 30 times in Jiangsu Vocational Skills Innovation Competition. In the 2009 Huai 'an Skills Competition, the contestants sent by our college won 27 first prizes in the main jobs such as numerical control technology, electrical, computer and chemical analysis. Since its establishment, the College has trained nearly 40,000 graduates, distributed in all walks of life inside and outside the province, and a large number of graduates have become industry leaders.

In recent years, the college has signed school-enterprise cooperation agreements with more than 30 large and medium-sized enterprises in Huai 'an and southern Jiangsu, and established more than 0/00 off-campus production practice and employment bases.
