First, register the qualification locally. Now the Ministry of Labor can't run a company or institution similar to a school, so it has to register with the education department. After the registration, the preparatory stage will begin. Schools, equipment, office space, campus culture construction and teacher reserve are all big projects. Make the school look like a school, and students can stay for the foundation of the school.
