How to become a notary?
Legal analysis: Notaries don't need to take the exam, but are recommended by various departments. The recommended person goes to study and train for a few days (there may be a graduation exam, but it is very simple), and then he can become a notary. Of course, there are two requirements: working in a notary office for more than 2 years and passing the judicial examination. But if you don't get along well with the leader, he won't recommend you, and you will never be a notary.

Legal basis: Notary Law of People's Republic of China (PRC).

Business personnel who meet the requirements stipulated in Article 16, obtain a notarial practice certificate through legal appointment procedures, exercise the right of national certification in the notary office, and independently handle notarization affairs.

After passing the judicial examination, I practiced in the notary office for more than two years. After passing the examination, it shall be recommended by the notary office, approved by the local judicial department, and submitted to the State Council for appointment, and a practicing certificate shall be issued by the Provincial Department of Justice. There is no need to take the exam again.

According to the relevant laws and regulations, a notary must meet the following conditions:

(1) Having China nationality;

(2) Having the right to vote and stand for election;

(3) More than 25 years old and less than 65 years old;

(four) fair and upright, law-abiding, moral integrity, with good professional ethics;

(5) Having passed the national judicial examination;

(six) in the notary office for more than two years or more than three years of other legal professional experience and practice in the notary office for more than one year, and passed the examination.

Article 19. Persons who are engaged in law teaching and research and have senior titles, or civil servants and lawyers who have been engaged in judicial, procuratorial and legal services for more than ten years, can serve as notaries after leaving their original posts and passing the examination.
