How long should qualification certificates, continuing education files and training institutions be kept?
The archives of occupational health hazards of workers shall be kept for 30 years after the workers leave. Article 19 The employing unit shall establish personal occupational health monitoring files of employees and keep them properly in accordance with relevant regulations. The occupational health surveillance file includes the following contents: (1) the name, gender, age, native place, marital status, education level and hobbies of the employees; (2) The occupational history, medical history and occupational hazard exposure history of the employees; (three) the results of occupational health examination of employees and their treatment; (4) Information on diagnosis and treatment of occupational diseases; (5) Other relevant materials that need to be kept in the occupational health monitoring files.
