Training management measures
First, induction training. According to the new employees' induction, the Human Resources Administration Department organizes new employees to receive induction training from time to time. The training contents mainly include: corporate culture, organizational structure, main processes, relevant rules and regulations, and processes, and inform new employees of the ways to seek help during the probation period.

Second, induction training. After the new employee reports to the employing department, the department head will introduce his colleagues and business to the new employee. The department head appoints induction guides to guide new employees to get familiar with the business quickly and carry out necessary job skills training. The induction guide puts forward evaluation opinions when new employees are transferred from probation to full employment, which is an important reference for employees' probation assessment.

Third, transfer training. According to the needs of the work, when the original employees of the company change jobs, the department head or direct superior of the new position will conduct job skills training according to the requirements of the new position.

Fourth, skills training. In order to improve employees' necessary knowledge and skills, enhance employees' methods and skills to solve problems at work, and enable employees to give full play to their potential abilities, the Human Resources Administration Department arranges targeted internal training. Skills training is the main content of internal training.
