In the implementation of community correction, at the same time, issue instructions for the object of community correction.
3, the township (street) judicial office to establish files for the correction object, and has the ability to urge the close relatives of the correction object or their original work units, village (neighborhood) committees and other correction agreements.
4, the township (street) judicial organizations have the ability to correct the object to participate in community public welfare work. Community public welfare labor projects are set up by the township (street) judicial office in accordance with the principles of meeting the interests of the masses, correcting the object within the scope of their functions and powers, being operable and convenient for supervision and inspection. The time for the correction object to participate in public welfare labor is not less than 12 hours per month.
5, the township (street) judicial organization correction object to participate in learning and education activities. The contents include policy situation, laws and regulations, ethics, labor skills, behavior requirements, etc. , and can take individual education, collective education, training, practical activities and other forms.
6, the township (street) judicial office combined with the criminal reasons, psychological state, the actual performance of the correction object to develop psychological correction programs, psychological counseling and guidance, to correct their bad psychology and behavior.
