Why should the state rectify training institutions?
Legal analysis: More and more teachers are poached because of higher money and richer treatment given by off-campus training institutions, so the educational resources of public schools are getting less and less.

If many famous teachers are poached by educational institutions, children from poor families have to spend more money on cheap cram schools in order not to widen the gap, which is undoubtedly worse and does not conform to our country's socialist core values.

Legal basis: Article 37 of the Teachers' Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) shall be given administrative sanctions or dismissal by schools, other educational institutions or educational administrative departments in any of the following circumstances: (1) deliberately failing to complete the educational and teaching tasks, thus causing losses to education and teaching; (two) corporal punishment of students, the education is invalid; (three) bad conduct, insulting students, bad influence. If a teacher falls under any of the circumstances listed in Items (2) and (3) of the preceding paragraph and the circumstances are serious enough to constitute a crime, he shall be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law.
