After three days of study, I have gained a lot. Thank you, Teacher Ye Jingqiu, for your guidance, for the company of the teaching assistants, and for your encouragement and support. After a few days, I have the following insights.
Perception 1. Righteousness: establish a positive attitude and constantly adjust and improve yourself. At the end of the third day, Mr. Ye told us that to be an excellent trainer, you need to have eight characteristics and five professional levels. The most important thing is to have a heart of "persistence" and "pain and happiness", and to keep practicing and polishing before launching excellent courses. In fact, training instructors is not teaching, but creating history and changing the fate of students.
Perception 2: cultivate one's morality: standardize correct lecture skills and logical structure, and form one's own unique style. As the saying goes, "One minute on stage, ten years off stage." To be an excellent training lecturer, you need to have certain professional and industry knowledge, plus experience and expertise. Simply put, if you need to present 1 hour on the stage, you need to prepare at least1hour. The three-day course and various training methods taught are excellent ways to promote our standardized skills.
Insight 3: Let the family stay together: organize the complete training ideas, complete the training objectives and solve the training problems. During the three-day course, Mr. Ye taught you the training objectives, skills, processes and methods, and told you the importance of "knowledge, skills and attitudes" in training. That is to say, "using condoms" enables students to master "knowledge and skills", thus affecting their "emotions, attitudes and values". From the simplest "follow-up" to students' "discussion and presentation", including questions, stories, videos, role-playing, demonstrations, competitions, case analysis, discussion and presentation, experience activities and other interactive ways, it is necessary to constantly sort out training ideas, which has reached the ability to help students solve problems.
Impression 4: Governing the country: helping to solve practical problems in work and life. If you can only teach by yourself and can't drive students to solve practical problems, then the course will lose its practical value. Teacher Ye told everyone that the training class should set a training goal, constantly improve according to the needs of the students, and take solving problems as the starting point.
Comprehension five, level the world: build a logical framework and synchronize teaching and learning. In the training course, according to the training objectives, meet the needs of key students, formulate detailed training skills, processes and methods, and form the framework and structural arrangement of course content, so that they can pay attention to learning content and teach and learn at the same time.
The three-day course is full of emotion, not the end, but a new starting point. When I return to my life and work, I should devote myself to my training courses with the greatest enthusiasm.
