The length of the telescopic insulating rod of the electroscope should be fully extended, and the hand should be held at the handle during electroscope, which should not exceed the retaining ring, and the human body should keep a safe distance from the electroscope.
5, rain and snow weather may not be outdoor direct electricity. For equipment that cannot be directly tested, indirect testing can be conducted. That is, check the changes of mechanical indication position, electrical indication, instrument and live indication of disconnector (circuit breaker), and at least two or more indications have changed correspondingly at the same time.
6, if the remote control operation, should also check the isolating switch (breaker) in situ status indicator.

8. Signals indicating equipment disconnection and access intervals, frequently connected voltmeters, etc. It shall not be used as the basis for voltage-free equipment. However, if the power supply is displayed, it is forbidden to work on the equipment.
