Second, attend party school training.
Party member, a young man who actively asks to join the Party, can participate in Party school training. Through party school training, correct the motivation to join the party and improve the theoretical basis.
Third, take the initiative to report to the party organization.
Comrades who actively join the Party should make an ideological report to the Party organization every three months. The attitude towards the central task or call of the party in each period. Enlightenment education and experience gained by participating in important activities or studying important documents.
Understanding and attitude when personal interests conflict with national and collective interests. Current ideological status, work status, study status and existing problems. Other issues that need to be reported to the party organization.
Fourth, the organization recommends Excellence.
After graduating from the Party School and submitting the application for joining the Party for more than 6 months, the person in charge of the organization will recommend you. Students who are recommended as excellent students fill in the recommendation form, and after being approved and publicized by the Party branch, they will become ordinary party member. The Party branch designates a special contact person (one or two official party member) for training and inspection.

After determining the activists to join the Party for six months, they can be designated as the backbone of the activists to join the Party after discussion by the branch general party membership meeting. Contacts and key training objects should fill in the registration form for the training and inspection of party activists.
Students who have been identified as key party activists for six months shall be discussed at the party member meeting of the branch general (the branch secretary fills in the questionnaire before the development of key training objects), reported to the deputy secretary of the Party Committee for examination and determination as key training objects (i.e. development objects), and publicized.
Political censorship of intransitive verbs
After being approved as the key training object, the party branch will conduct political review, including diversion and mass investigation.
External transfer: when conducting external transfer, the political situation of the immediate family members and closely related major social relations of the development target is reviewed.
Mass survey: In the mass survey, the Party branch sent one or two party member to hold a forum to listen to the feedback from people inside and outside the party on the key training targets of party building and write the minutes of the meeting; There are generally not less than 8 non-party people attending the forum. If the number is not enough, the branch should explain.

The Party branch submits all materials of key training objects of Party building to the secretary in charge of the Party committee at the higher level and the organization department for review, and issues a Letter of Willingness to Join the Party to eligible development objects.
The development target needs to fill in the "Volunteer Letter for Joining the Party" with a pen under the guidance of the Party representative, and there are two official party member as party introducer.
Eight, held a branch meeting.
The applicant reads the "Volunteer Letter for Joining the Party", the introducer introduces the situation, the party representative introduces the situation, and the development target talks about understanding and determination. The meeting voted and made a resolution, and the head of the branch made a summary. After discussion at the branch meeting, the branch secretary fills in the branch resolution and submits it to the higher party organization.
Nine, the organizer talk
Before the talk, the organizer should review the materials submitted by the branches to see whether the materials are complete and the procedures are complete. After the conversation, fill in the speaker's opinions in the "Volunteer Letter for Joining the Party" in a timely and truthful manner.
