A nurse's job is as follows:

(1) Job description: Nurses are involved in many jobs, including: transportation, inspection, ICU and emergency patient care, operating room certification, and even ladders and laundry posts. The work of nursing workers is limited to providing one-on-one life care for patients in the ward.

(2) Management subject: Nurses accept the dual management of hospitals and dispatching companies, which are unified, standardized and organized, while nurses are unorganized and self-managed. Working years: Nursing posts are managed by enterprises under the mode of company dispatch. In principle, as long as the nurses are healthy, they can engage in this work for a long time. As far as nursing staff are concerned, their job opportunities depend entirely on oral agreement with patients, which is a short-term private employment form.

(3) Protection of rights and interests: For nurses, the company is responsible for organizing and implementing a series of work such as induction training, file management, salary payment, contract conclusion, insurance payment, labor dispute handling, and rights and interests maintenance. As far as nursing workers are concerned, their labor relations, wages, working hours and service period depend on oral agreement with patients or their families, which is subjective and arbitrary.
