Who is the target of pre-job skills training for new employees?
Training targets are divided into two categories: first, employees who have signed labor contracts with enterprises for 12 months or more and participated in skills training organized by enterprises within 12 months. Second, qualified labor dispatch personnel who have participated in skills training organized by employment enterprises or labor dispatch agencies before the agreed dispatch period. Training must be conducted after consultation between the employing enterprise and the labor dispatch agency to which the laborer belongs, and declared by one of the subjects.
